Fewer good prices than expected
Worst customer service ever received from Mary and Cherry and they didn't like taking the picture to show that their was not a single person in line. We told them we're comming from Montreal and we don't have the time to come back later and there was not a single person in line and they kept refusing our return . Will never go back to this store. All the stores are accepting returns or exchanges.

The package is filled with crumbs and look like a garbage.
The package for the wallet should have foam stabilizer or foam sheet, but it's empty inside.
I contacted customer service, they just completely ignored me., nobody gets back to me until now.
They don't care about their customer and will not buy anything from them.

Store manager is rude. I had purchased a handbag about 2 weeks ago only to notice upon my arrival at home that there was a stich defect on the handle. Since I don't live close by (40 km away), I drove back only last weekend to do an exchange and was falsely accused by the manager that I had used the handbag. The worst part was that she was talking negatively about me to the associate at the cash right in front of me without greeting me or/and even acknowledging my presence. This individual has no business working in customer service.
