Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered on app, waited 15 minutes past promised time, people in line getting food faster
, chips burnt and stale, queso was watery and bland.
Salsa was put in open tray container...spilled out while walking to hotel.
Staff about as friendly and helpful as concertation camp guards

This place is the bomb and it’s just like you’d expect chipotle. Is everything right the same way every time that big fat burritos bowls all kinds of things you want have made anyway you want with everything that’s on there nothing at all you had a skinless burrito you or a little rice bowl burrito you have a chicken burrito you have it all it. Good place to go downtown LA.

The server seemed as if she really didn't like working there or maybe she just didn't like me because the customer before me got a huge bowl with out asking for double anything. Even though the cook literally just finished cooking and chopping up a fresh pot chicken she would only use the last bit left at the bottom. Then she barely put any chicken on my bowl. When scooping the chicken, instead of giving a whole scoop, she actually shook some chicken off the spoon giving half a scoop so I asked for double then she did the same thing again! So, I end up paying for a double chicken even though I actually got 2 half servings. OH! It didn't end there. She did the same exact thing again with the guaq. the amount she gave me would only fill up half a togo cup. She looked at me and. rolled. her eyes then put just a little more. It was crazy! I left with a whole bowl that I paid $18 and it would have fit in a kids meal.

We travelled to US from India and we found this good option for indians too.. We has with rice chicken and beans.. If you are vegetarian you can try this ans ask them not to mix meat.. This was my favorite.. But they need to maintain time to time cleaning of tables and floor.

One of the best Mexican grill ever in downtown LA. The food was premium quality, the staff were friendly and supportive. The place is clean tidy and organized. They deserve all the best.

I enjoy the environment there and the staff is friendly of course. I like all the cooks there, they really go out of the way and make the best quality over quantity protein there. They really deserve more credit (and a raise lol).

Food was alright, or I should say, it could be better, because my friend and I both didn't feel well after eating it.
There were plenty of tables available, but it was hard to find a clean one.
Code to the restrooms printed on the customer's receipts is supposed to be a great idea, but apparently, it didn't work in this location, cause it wasn't accurate.
If we're in that area again, most likely this restaurant is not going to be our choice again, primarily because of the food quality.
