A lot of stores are closing and a lot of apartments high rises coming up

Items go missing and get stolen from this garage constantly. You're better off parking on the street. In the span of a few months I've had both my catalytic converter stolen AND my car's mirror stolen. The security officer sleeps on the job (literally have caught him snoring in his car), and the people who work at City Place are not helpful and refuse to release footage to the police (even with a police report number). Seriously, you're safer parking on the street than wasting your money paying for monthly parking here.

Good parking for the Long Beach half Marathon. Clean. Seems secure. Not too far a walk to the marathon site (less than a mile).

Paid parking EVgo charging stations

Wooow, this place LOL Very bad at giving you vital information! They did not tell me that no matter what date I start my monthly parking (which they charged me 90$ for) that the next month is always due on the first. That would have been nice to know since I started paying on the 20th. I had no idea I was paying 90$ for only 10 days. No one informed me of this until the next payment was automatically taken out of my account, which is another thing they never told me was going to happen. I didn’t sign up for that, I only wanted one month. I didn’t think purchasing a place to park was such a difficult thing 😂 Let people know what they’re paying for & that the payments are recurring unless you call & cancel!
