I’ll go to another Gucci store before I buy anything out of here and I spend thousands! Fix your team attitudes and customer service or y’all will lose 💰

Favorite Luxury Store!! So thrilled to have Gucci in Cincinnati. The store and staff exceed expectations! Easily drawn inside by the beautiful window displays and facade, you find a joy that emanates from each member within. They are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I must give highest praise to Adam Baker! He is so kind, attentive, and makes fabulous recommendations. The one-on-one experience he provides is exactly what you hope for, going above and beyond! It's obvious Adam loves what he does and thanks to him, I'm a customer for life!! Purchases are way more meaningful when there's a wonderful experience attached and that's just what you can expect with Adam and all at Gucci!

Worst store to shop. Probably other stores in mall which isn’t on high end offer great customer service. People here were only standing in store like guards, they don’t care for customers in stores. They weren’t interested in showing us handbag we asked for. The lady was so rude she just didn’t answer or said anything to us and went to attend other customers. I left my store. Probably will go to another location in States to spend my money.

Look at all these comments. Your staff is horrible. Sold me on a terrible product after I expressed my worry about the zipper on the wallet. Turns out it is impossible to get cards in and out of. Would not allow me to return it. Not a luxury experience by any means. Gucci should be embarrassed of this location. Order online instead, their customer service is much better through a computer than the people that work at this store.

Love your products… but you staff at this location is horrible!! We were in your store over the weekend. For time in the Cincinnati Store. Usually go to the Orlando Store. The staff there is awesome! There were several customers in this location but only one sales associate was helping a customer! No one greeted us. We walked through your store stopping at several pieces, nothing is priced, we waited hoping your sales staff would approach but they were too busy looking at their phones or sitting on the sofa chatting with each other! Again, we looked at another piece, again no pricing, your sale associates still ignoring customers. So we walked out and across the hall to Louis Vuitton and purchased 2 bags and they ordered me a pair of shoes. Will not go back to your Cincinnati Store!

Truly the worst luxury shopping experience I’ve ever had. Not one SA in this store acknowledged me. So I went over to Louis Vuitton and spent my money there instead. Do better!

Very poor customer service! My 2nd time at this location and both times no one asked if I needed help or even greeted me. I don’t know if they judge people by how they look or what but they seem to pick and choose which customers they want to help. They definitely lost my business I’ll continue to walk right across to Louis Vuitton and give them my business because good customer service definitely makes a difference!! Get it together Kenwood Gucci I’ve never experienced this in any other Gucci stores in other cities. This is why some places don’t deserve luxury stores!
