2B development and the quality does not disappoint. 35 hudson is a condominium on top of the equinox hotel. Ive toured one on 59th floor 10mm unit with panoramic view of the river and the city. Though, I am not the fan of the location just yet for the residents, the tax abatement and shire size of this development makes this area a great investment for years to come. So many companies are moving here and its just gonna get better.
