I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. This was my shrimp tempura roll that we ordered for delivery (see pic). 4 pieces of barely tempura’d shrimp - the tempura itself was mushy. This was $12. No soy sauce, not even a full roll. My husband ordered chicken curry and it is tasteless. I’m offended honestly. Do not order from here.

Stopped here for a quick bite and it was very good! Quick service and great tasting appetizers.

Really cozy inside with authentic looking japanese architectural design. The bathrooms even have bidets!

Food-wise, I was pretty unimpressed. I ordered a rainbow roll which was small and kinda dry. The fish was really thin and the tuna was a neon light pink. The roll tasted and looked like something from a grocery store unfortunately. Same with the other roll. Very pricey for the quality.

Extra points for having Orion available as a beer option. Would’ve been nice to have that on draft though.

Japanese cuisine on 1st Avenue.
Wide range of items from curry to sushi.

The good:
- we ordered the udon tapiyaniki, grilled makeral and salmon tariyaki.
- Good flavors.
- Fish was grilled very well.

The not so good:
- Extremely small portions.
- Miso soup while tasty, was luke warm.

Summary: while the flavor was good, the portions were incredibly small, I have attached both photos of the salmon (20$) and the Makeral (16$).
You can view for yourself how small the sizes were at those prices, while we liked the flavors, we will not return due to this.

This restaurant is worth every penny. We saw sushis that we have not seen before such as Fried Oyster Sushi and Fried Scallion Sushi. We ordered them both and both we super fresh and delicious. But we do have to say our favorite one was mostly the salmon Carpaccio with ponzu sauce and sliced jalapeno. Now that sushi was so buttery and that ponzu and jalapeno gave it that extra kick! We didn't stop there, we also ordered their Sushi Delux Platter as well as their YellowTail. Overall, a wonderful dining experience and amazing sushi.

Very solid Japanese restaurant for lunch or dinner. Food was fresh and service was great, and it's in a nice area. Would come back.

The service started a little slow but picked up half way. All their dishes is good here. The sushi is average. I would recommend ordering a bunch of small dishes and sharing with the table.
