I've only been there once and I was far behind on the balcony. All the seats are lined up and there isn't a big height differential between rows. It was pretty hard to see the scene.

Great performance venue, felt charming and an older style.

The place shows its age but has a very authentic feel. When the spots light up the scene, the whole place, clad in red and gold, takes on a beautiful and dignified air. Magical. The staff was friendly and their gin tonic was great! (I wish they had 7th Heaven gin but hey, cant have it all ;) )

A great venue, i loved it.

The theater is small compared to other theaters in Montreal or else where.
The entrance was fluid as the staff were checking the vaxi passport and the tickets, masks are not optional during the show. The location of the theater is hard for parking so better come one hour in advance to find a good parking spot.
The shows are variable and the place has a website you came check all the upcoming shows.
Not my last time.

Missing this spot these days...from Built to Spill to Slowdive, definitely saw a lot of memorable bands and had amazing times here. The sightlines and sound were always bang on, never had a hard time enjoying myself in this space. It’s just big enough, just warm enough and it feels like you’re surrounded by a rich history of vibe every time you enter the place. Wish I could go chill there now in fact...

One of my favorite venues for metal shows. The floor is so old you feel it's going to crumble under your feet, but the sound is amazing. If you arrive early, you can usually rest your elbows on the stage and take it all in.
