Vado spesso da Gucci,le ragazze della Cassa stamane erano particolarmente scontrose e poco amichevoli. Hanno persino gridato,riguarderei il personale che si interfaccia con i clienti! Perché se non hanno voglia di lavorare se ne stessero a casa.Solo una delle 4 ragazze ha chiesto scusa,perché ha capito la gran figura che hanno fatto. Farò reclamo anche da Gucci come riportato in negozio…

Kleine Gucci Boutique im Breuninger in Stuttgart. Doch ganz gute Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter sind dort besonders Freundlich. TOP! Nur zu empfehlen 👍
It was my first time purchase at gucci and im so satisfied with the service! The lady who treated me was super friendly and she even remembered me because i came there on the other day just to looking around and still super nice! Highly recommended to come to this store!☺️
Well… this is not Gucci its only a corner inside Breuninger. I went there for the first time called in to get some directions and the seller fidnt even know which floor the shop was on. Then i went in there to change an original Gucci product purchased from Gucci website and they were so confused they didnt know what to do. They had to call the manager, they didnt understand original Gucci online receipt. Then the nanager came in, this blonde lady- talks about this to the seller infront of me and did not even acknowledge me didnt look at me even. SO RUDE. Well easy to say that this would never happen in a real Gucci store. Long story short- dont buy from here not worth it. Use online shopping options when it comes to Gucci. Or walk across the street and go into Louis Vuitton.
This store is a part of Breuninger as I understand. The workers were friendly, I wanted to order a pair of shoes and they helped me with the order and informed me as soon as I could pick them up. One of the worker even explained mw about the history of the shoes rhat I bought, which is nice (and means that she really understood the product and not just trying to sell it).
But the store is too small for a Gucci, rhey do not have many collections (unlike the one in München), and also the experience you'll get is less than visiting the one in München where they offer you drinks and you can sit comfortably. Well, you can also do it here but normally there are people waiting on the lines that could look directly to you.

I don't recommend this Gucci Store. Please stay away from here. The S.A. who assist me doesn't have any idea on the items she was selling. The the other one is Rude. Besides the way they handle the items that are sold was ridiculous! One had tried to fix the small gucci marmont inside a really small box. I can't explain the hell I've experience here but I repeat don't buy expensive items here coz it is not worth it!!!!! Try going to Munich maybe you have a good luck there.
