Eine ältere Dame an der Kasse war sehr unfreundlich wir haben uns ganz normal die Taschen angeschaut und wollten Bilder machen um uns die Tasche zu merken. Zusätzlich wollten wir das Preisschild Fotografieren um uns besser merken zu können welche Tasche welchen Preis hat. Hier bei wurden wir extrem angeschrien mit den Worten „KEINE BILDER VOM PREISSCHILD MACHEN“. Es wäre ja ok gewesen hätte man gesagt bitte keine Bilder machen. OK aber nein sie schreit. Also wirklich sehr sehr schlechter Service. Unfreundlich wie sonst was. Leider gibt es nicht 0 Sterne. Nie wieder werde wir diesen Laden besuchen absolut frech.
They promised a 1 on 1 Service and made us wait to get it which is fine but when we wanted help they made us wait again and left mid conversation to accustom a different customer. For the amount of money we spend here this is unexcusable.

Ich habe hier über die Jahre öfter mal was schönes als Belohnung für besondere Meilensteine im Beruf gekauft und bin immer sehr Freund und vorkommend bedient worden. Vom Türsteher bis zum Berater war alles immer sehr edel und positiv wahrzunehmen. Demnächst komme ich mal wieder vorbei zum shoppen.
Ich liebe gucci & ich liebe diesen store besonders die Beraterin Frau Alvarez ist sehr freundlich ich hatte noch eine andere wo ich leider den Namen vergessen habe… die war auch top aber im Grunde beide sehr gute angestellte… leider hab ich mir in einem anderen Store eine Hose gekauft wo die farbe auslief ich hoffe das wenn ich mit dieser hose in store komme ich mit genau so einem guten Service bedient werde wie mit

Wir haben am Samstag den Versace Store in Düsseldorf besucht um einen Geschenk Gutschein zu kaufen. Jede einzelne Mitarbeiter hat uns nett und höflich begrüßt. Uns wurden Getränke und ein Sitzplatz angeboten.

Many thanks to Yang, she really did her very best as I was not the most comfortable client they ever had there. We just left this store. The customer service sucks. We were made to stand and wait for 10 mins at the entrance while only one other customer shopped. We were still not acknowledged even after the customer left.

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the store staff. The older shop assistant with blonde hair is very insulting, rude to customers, I was very surprised and disscusted by her behavior as I would never expect such cattle to be employed at Prada.

Ich war am 24.09.2022 vor Ort und habe einen tollen Service + Einkauf genossen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben mich präzise beraten. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder.
Mega Auswahl, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter (vor allem Sarah) und ein wunderschöner sauberer Laden. Gerne wieder 😇
Typical Versace store with not so much goods but therefore a very friendly and nice adret sales guy from Brazil which totally meet my wishes and showed me lot of pieces from the current VC collection. I want to highlight here the really nice and friendly customer service I recieved. I had in the past as well visited some other Versace store even the flagship store in Milan but never was so competently served like in Düsseldorf
It was my first time purchase at gucci and im so satisfied with the service! The lady who treated me was super friendly and she even remembered me because i came there on the other day just to looking around and still super nice! Highly recommended to come to this store!☺️

I ordered a cleo bag in scarlet from official prada site and it was shipped from THIS store. The shipping box was partially open & the only reason i accepted this is because the side seals were intact. Inside was a huge deep box (def that was designed for other products) and the bag was just thrown in there. NO WRAPPING, NO PAPER INSIDE. Nothing protective the logo etc.
But, what it came with were SCRATCHES at the bottom, huge finger nail SCRATCH inside the bag, store tag & a bit too much of dust (bag was in the dust bag tho) which clearly says that it was a DISPLAY BAG.
Super disappointed with the fact that from a luxury brand as Prada people can so easily receive damaged demo/display items that clearly been used in store.
And since then the price bag raised already by €100, not worth it.

Not customer friendly. Rarely have it been this bad. Employees are dressed as guards and they behave that way; with suspicion. They chase you around the store without serving you, just to keep an eye on you. I bought my Pradas elsewhere.
The staff is very patient in helping us finding a particular item, despite there is no stock in the shop. In particular, we can only communicate in English but their service is great.
Well… this is not Gucci its only a corner inside Breuninger. I went there for the first time called in to get some directions and the seller fidnt even know which floor the shop was on. Then i went in there to change an original Gucci product purchased from Gucci website and they were so confused they didnt know what to do. They had to call the manager, they didnt understand original Gucci online receipt. Then the nanager came in, this blonde lady- talks about this to the seller infront of me and did not even acknowledge me didnt look at me even. SO RUDE. Well easy to say that this would never happen in a real Gucci store. Long story short- dont buy from here not worth it. Use online shopping options when it comes to Gucci. Or walk across the street and go into Louis Vuitton.
Bad online store service, the online order is cancelled by sandro but didnot receive the refund in two months. Call the service hotline, bad attitude and nobody take care of their loyal cudtomer and nowhere to upgrade for solution. Really disappointed.pls don not buy this brand.
Had the best experience with a luxury Store ever. Since i visited the Store for the first time last year I received the best service. I really wanted a pair of boots that was completely sold out in Holland. The kindest sales-assistent Sefa resourced the boots for me in Germany and shipped them within a few days to my Home. After a time the boots had a small defect, and he arranged that they we’re sent to the Prada atelier in Italy. When they couldn’t fix it, i received brand new ones! So the best service ever, all Thanks to Sefa! Also Sefa informs me with new exclusive pieces, couldn’t be more happy!

Kleiner, feiner Laden mit einem unglaublich abwechslungsreichen Sortiment. Total freundliche und kompetente Beratung. Macht Spaß, hier einzukaufen.
Sehr geschmackvoller Laden mit schöner Kleidung aus nachhaltigen Materialien wie Tencel, Modal und Leinen und hübschen Kleinigkeiten wie Schmuck von Ruby on tuesday und lustige Socken von Adam. Viele der Kleidungsstücke sind hauseigene Designs und ich finde die Preise fair. Ich habe mir schon einige Stücke zugelegt und bin rund um zufrieden mit allen. Die Sachen sind schön, alltagstauglich, vielseitig und angenehm zu tragen. Die Damen im Laden sind unaufdringlich aber hilfsbereit und es macht riesigen Spaß dort zu bummeln und die vielen schönen Dinge anzuschauen. Der Webshop funktioniert auch sehr gut (hat man nicht immer...) Ich finde es inspirierend zu sehen wie leidenschaftlich, zuverlässig, sinnlich und pragmatisch die Besitzerin Sabine Kelle dieses Business führt.
This store is a part of Breuninger as I understand. The workers were friendly, I wanted to order a pair of shoes and they helped me with the order and informed me as soon as I could pick them up. One of the worker even explained mw about the history of the shoes rhat I bought, which is nice (and means that she really understood the product and not just trying to sell it).
But the store is too small for a Gucci, rhey do not have many collections (unlike the one in München), and also the experience you'll get is less than visiting the one in München where they offer you drinks and you can sit comfortably. Well, you can also do it here but normally there are people waiting on the lines that could look directly to you.

Der Liebeskind laden im milaneo ist ein kleines Geschäft. Es ist alles sehr schön und einladend angeordnet. Ob die ganze Liebeskind Palette angeboten wird, kann ich nicht sagen. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich dort bereits drei mal eingekauft habe. Ich wurde jedesmal freundlich behandelt UND sehr gut beraten.
Daher von mir eine Empfehlung.

11-10-2019 around 17:00, two ladies downstairs, one gentleman upstairs. All 3 of them in german= Schweinhunden. I went inside to buy shoes for my mom. If I spend more then 500 euros I would like to be treated atleast normally.
I don't recommend this Gucci Store. Please stay away from here. The S.A. who assist me doesn't have any idea on the items she was selling. The the other one is Rude. Besides the way they handle the items that are sold was ridiculous! One had tried to fix the small gucci marmont inside a really small box. I can't explain the hell I've experience here but I repeat don't buy expensive items here coz it is not worth it!!!!! Try going to Munich maybe you have a good luck there.

Das anfänglich positive Bild durch eine sehr nette Verkäuferin wurde später getrübt, als wir die deponierte Ware abholen wollten. Eine Vertretung wollte uns unsere Ware partout nicht aushändigen, da sie angeblich den Laden nicht verlassen du konnte um ins Lager zu gehen. Dafür mussten wir extra 1 Stunde später wiederkommen. Als die nette Verkäuferin, die mittlerweile wieder im Geschäft war, im Lager war um die Ware zu holen, verließ die Vertretung gleichfalls Den Laden um Feierabend zu machen. In diesem Fall war es kein Problem dass niemand im Laden ist. Als wir unseren Unmut darüber kund taten, wollen wir noch von dem Mann der Vertretung angegangen, wir sollten uns nicht so darüber aufregen, schließlich wäre sie nur eine Vertretung. Unter Beschimpfungen verließen wir dann den Laden. Die Auswahl in dem Geschäft ist gut, dass (anscheinend) feste Personal ist nett und kompetent, für Vertretungen, sollte man ein besseres Händchen haben. Für die Behandlung würden wir selbst den einen Stern noch abziehen.
Zu Liebeskind muss ja nichts weiter sagen. Love it, or not... das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This is not Gucci but a part of Breuninger. A black double-G belt is not available there, only via waiting list which is 8-12 month. If you want to get a luxury shopping experience, I'd recommend you to go to a normal Gucci shop. You won't get it here.

So I'm in Germany visiting and had a great experience. The customer service was wonderful. We were greated as soon as we walked in and was even offered water. I took my time looking at what different bags I liked. I would definitely frequent this store again!

Toller Laden gute Beratung und Auswahl. Auch bestellen die Angestellten gerne, wenn etwas nicht vorrätig ist. Und z.B. auf Trolley oder Koffer gibt es 2 Jahre Garantie. Ich kann Leder Berensen empfehlen¡

I bought a gift scarf from outlet because they don’t have the box for the scarf and they don’t do it as a gift they but it in shoes box I asked if i can go to any Burberry shop to do it they told me u can so I went to Dusseldorf Burberry and i asked them to change for me the box and do it as a gift they told we cannot in outlet u bought it for cheaper price we can’t change for u the box i even told i will pay for the box no problem but change it plz it’s not nice to give a gift in shoes box I spoke with people who works there and also the manager they let me feel that I really bought from a poor brand

Sehr toller Laden! Große Auswahl, freundliches Personal, viel Platz. Man ist hier immer herzlich Willkommen, auch wenn man nur schauen mag.
Lovely shop with beautiful handmade clothes/jewellery/accessories and a homey atmosphere. The designer's studio is attached to the shop, so you can watch your clothes come into existence.

Wenn gute und kompetente Beratung bedeutet, dass sich drei junge Frauen hinter'mTresen und im angrenzenden Lagerraum verstecken, lieber mit einander als mit den Kunden tratschen und den Eindruck von Aushilfen/Azubis hinterlassen, dann ist der Service gut!
Sorry - aber bei solch hochwertigen Produkten wünsche ich mir erfahrene Verkäuferinnen mit Interesse und Eigeninitiative!

I was there and the staff were so friendly and they've told everything what does not fit and I think that's a big plus point . I'm from Australia and as I was there I was thinking I'm in my home town Sydney. So visit Dusseldorf .
