Terribly old and outdated rooms at extreme expensive rates in comparison to many other hotels in Dubai. The standard room is very small and very depressing. It looks like you’re sitting in an old bathroom. Don’t be fooled by the description on their website. The staff are pleasant and understanding of the conditions of the rooms and tried to accommodate us in a bigger room, but it’s still very outdated and depressingly old with cheap furniture. The management of the hotel should be embarrassed of their rooms.
What a great place. Located very near Palm Jumeirah. Hotel had s crisp clean look an smell. The room was modern and very cozy. Bed could have been a little softer. Bathroom had everything from personal loofah to shave kit . Great picturesque view to palms Jumeirah.
This hotel reminds me of a racing horse who broke his leg. It is no longer fit for competition. Its glory is gone. The 20-year-old hotel needs to be shut down for a year or two and have a complete restoration and marketing campaign. The furnitire is old. The decor is outdated. And for a 4-star hotel, the idea of having just one restaurant is simply no longer acceptble in modern days. And it is below expectations as well. The gym is lifeless. Unfortunately there are no areas of interest near the hotel as it is located in the media city. You have to rely on a taxi or uber a lot. The only positive aspect I could think about in the hotel is its balconies. In all honesty I would only return to this hotel if it were my last choice in the area. Dubai has so much better 4 star hotels to offer its guests and travellers.
Great place to stay when in Dubai. The staff really took care of us, helped us to book day trips and took all the work out of the process so all we had to do was show up! Mahbub and Ashar were top notch and went above and beyond for us :)
I enjoyed my most recent vacation with my partner at this exotic hotel. Great ambience, friendly and respectful staff. The hotel smells so nice, so much that I can still smell it even after having left there over a week ago. The only bummer is that they don't sell any alcohol at their bar but that's a luxury problem because you can always get some when you're out dining.🙃
My favourite place of stay in Dubai. All aspects of the stay are very good, neat rooms, very courteous staff, smooth check in and out process, great food. Personal touch from staff whenever they see you gives great warmth. The space and layout? Can’t ask for more in the rooms, Lobby and restaurant. Best wishes to the hotel and staff.
Hotel is beautiful, old, and has a traditional architecture, but it is upscale. Beautifully decorated. Staff is very polite and warm. Our rooms had balconies with an amazing view. The breakfast spread was very delicious, many selections. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant as well. The food was very tasty, everything was cooked perfectly. The pool area is very cute and they have staff to tend to you as needed. First time in Dubai and this made it a great experience!
