Been a long time in the planning as put on hold during covid. Luckily my requirements were still on file so quite an easy process to update and tweak. Quick response to availability’s and prices. Booked immediately for a lifelong experience.
The consultant (Ian) is very knowledgeable, gave me great tips as a novice and remains contactable throughout. Hoping the holiday experience is as good as the service.

We have just returned from a weekend in Copenhagen which was our second trip organised by Best Served.
This trip was originally meant to happen in 2020 but due to covid was postponed twice. This was never an issue and the operator Alice was extremely helpful in moving things around and offering fantastic recommendations.
While away I had a minor confusion regarding the return flights (and I stress, this was my confusion) so I emailed our operator who responded promptly to reassure me, which is far above and beyond any previous experience I've had with a travel company.
Best Served tailor make your holiday and are genuinely there from the minute you first get in touch to even after you return from your trip.
We have many other planned trips to scandinavia and will most certainly be using Best Served in the future!

Overall the trip was excellent. From Lisa Ayling in the office, to the flight home. The only reason the score was not 5 was because our seats on the train from Myrdal to Oslo where not numbered, and the conductor moved us two carriages to different seats.

Steff tailor made our dream trip. We mentioned the sights we want to see in Iceland, Finland, and Sweden and she made it happen. We can’t wait to start our journey. Lulu is going to stay home and guard the house (with our house sitter). Sorry Lulu!

I don't often write reviews but I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for arranging our recent trip to Lapland.
It was, truly, a trip of a lifetime and we are so pleased we chose to work with you to make it happen. We wanted a non-commercial, magical experience and your suggested itinerary over 4 days was just what we wanted, and it didn’t disappoint. From the husky sledge rides through the snow-covered forests, through the traditional meals in wilderness restaurants, to the magical trip to see “the real” Santa with our little one, it was fabulous.
Best Served were brilliant throughout. You considered every detail and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The in-country support was simply first-class and we even had our own "Bear Grills on Ice" to keep us safe. Your team are amazing!

The holiday was everything that was promised. A truly magical place, icing on the cake was seeing the beauty of the Northern lights. I thank Alice for putting up with my many questions and for her professionalism throughout. The resort was beautiful and each and every tour was impressive with fab and friendly tour guides.

I booked a trip through Best Served Scandinavia in Feb 2020, pre COVID! It was for my husbands 50th in Dec 2020 but of course was cancelled due to the pandemic. Charlie at Best Served kept in communication, swapped the holiday and activities over for me to Christmas 2021. The flights then changed and he swapped our dates without issue, then our hotel decided to shut so he moved us to the sister hotel. Despite all the problems, Best Served communicated with me at every turn and arranged a superb break for us that we returned from last week. It was the best holiday we've ever had. The trips, Aurora chase and husky sledding, were superbly run by friendly and informative professionals who look after you every step of the way, we had an experience of a lifetime and will definitely be re booking!
