Park Towers is a great place to live! I lived there for 4 years. Management and maintenance is very responsive and quickly resolves any issues that come up.
I have been living here for a year and can safely say Park Towers is a great place to live. Management is very kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. The location feels very safe and the buildings are clean.
The cons would be I am not a fan of the carpeting/some of the older features in the apartment units. However, everything else is great! Free parking in the surface lot, great location that is close to uptown, and no issues with noise. I am very happy here and would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

I have called Park Towers my home for a year and a half now and I have absolutely loved it.
Pros: The location is fantastic. You're so close to West End, the lakes, and more! It's so easy to get around from here whether you're using your personal vehicle or city transport. The neighborhood surrounding Park Towers could not be more friendly and "safe" - in my time here there has been virtually zero crime. The units are very spacious and with the remodeling they did this year (new hardwood floors, granite countertops, and they're planning on replacing a lot of the appliances), it just looks great. ALSO - the maintenance staff at Park Towers is hands down the most caring and responsive staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They are ON TOP OF IT, and always get things done quickly and WELL. Claps for them x10000! The pool area is fantastic, though obviously we didn't get to experience it during COVID as much. Parking in the main parking lot is free and I've never had an issue getting a spot or with theft. Overall, for the price, you cannot beat Park Towers.
Cons: No in unit laundry, and the machines are a bit pricey. They do have card refill stations, which is nice. The apartments are a bit older and as such, typically the living room and ONE bedroom will have an air conditioning unit. This leaves one bedroom without it and in the summers it can quite frankly suck - I had to bring in two fans and sleep without covers on those really hot MN nights.

I have been living at Park Towers since 2003. I can say without any hesitation this has been the best rental experience I have ever had. The staff are extremely attentive to the needs of the residents and any issue is dealt with promptly and effectively. An added bonus is that they are great people and very easy to work with. There is always plenty of warning when there is to be any type of maintenance, snow removal, etc. The buildings are older so things need repair, but they are done promptly and thoroughly. Cassy is probably the best property manager we have had here and really cares about what goes on at Park Towers.
Great place to live! Been at Park Towers for 2 years so far. Management is personable, friendly, and helpful! Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and efficiently. Amazing location - close to Uptown/Minneapolis. Good price/value. Pool is well kept and open longer than most in the county (due to MN weather). Light rail will be within walking distance. Highly recommend!
I’ve lived at Park Towers for the past year and just signed on again. The staff is absolutely amazing! Very quick to help out with maintenance requests and timely in replying to inquiries. The pool is absolutely a blast and offer a great penthouse party room that you can rent for free. They keep the landscaping looking amazing during the summer and are always quick to plow after snowfall during the winter. I would recommend Park Towers to anyone! Cassy has done an incredible job running this place. Kudos!! 👏👏
I spent 3.5 years here prior to buying a house. Prior to this I had lived at 2 other apartment buildings west of Uptown and toured almost all of them. Park Towers is an exceptional value for the product you are getting.
It cannot be understated how nice it is to have a solid concrete building because of how little you can notice neighbors. I almost never had any noise issues my entire time there and almost forgot I was in an apartment entirely. The ability to grill on the balcony is very unique and a great perk in the summer. The pool area is well maintained in the summer and frequently has a lot of people there on warm days. The maintenance staff and those in the office are always friendly and helpful and I've had no issues with them for the time I lived there.
There are many new luxury apartments going up on the west side of Uptown but for the price point I think Park Towers is an incredibly nice product and I recommend it highly.
