Great, expansive menu. Nice location with a great interior. There is really something for everyone. The food was simple, but high quality which is exactly what a diner should be. Fresh ingredients and flavor simplicity goes a long way! Would return if in the area!

Great coffee, great breakfast, and excellent service! They have my type of multigrain bread! Hubby and I came here right before Halloween, so they had the Halloween decorations. It’s a big corner diner with lovely seating areas, inside and outside. You can’t miss this place. I had Challah bread French Toast with two Sunnyside up eggs, and it was fantastically prepared. The waiter took note of how I wanted the eggs cooked. Hubby had two eggs over easy. The home fries were excellent too, well done! I meant for the well-done home fries, but sure, the job was well done as well. Thanks!

What a fun time we had at the Great Neck Diner! We were 20 family members (with nine kids) visiting USMMA Kings Point for our patriarch's 50th class reunion. I had arranged with Owner Rorie for drinks and appetizers to be ready for us after our USMMA campus tour -- and it was so nice to just walk in and immediately be treated like family. The food came out on giant platters, and it was delicious!

For extra fun, Rorie's dad Michael showed up with his Yankees World Series ring, and he and our patriarch exchanged ball caps. It was "dinner and a show!" A lovely and memorable lunch at an iconic Long Island hot spot! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful service at the diner! Great tasting food - had a really nice pesto chicken panini for lunch and the fries were delicious!

The Great Neck Diner is a must stop for people that want a great meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). The food is prepared all fresh by a very friendly staff that really knows what their doing! The Diner is run by a father daughter team that overseas all aspects of the operation to make sure the food and service are top shelf.
I had dinner there last night. The Yankee bean soup was perfect and they made a blackened Sword fish that was exceptionally good (sword fish is not normally my favorite fish!).
The great food and attentive staff made for a very enjoyable dinner.

Long overdue review here for Great Neck Diner. It’s the best!!! Food is always delicious and consistent. Service is super friendly and fast. We are always welcomed in with smiles and good mornings from the warm staff.

We’ve been coming here for the past 6 years and my favorite item on the menu is their huevos rancheros. The fam loves their sliders, nova eggs Benedict and all the classic diner items you can think of. They also offer a brunch menu (highly recommend the breakfast quesadilla with sausage).

There’s lots of parking with a lot across the street. Whether I am dining in or ordering delivery, the food is always on point!

Came here for the first time and I was not disappointed. The entire menu selection is quite large, but their burger selection certainly stands out. They have crab cake burgers, turkey burgers and many other types of burgers, so everyone has something to try. I ended up going for the GND burger, which has grilled onions, chipotle Mayo and cheddar. The burger tasted great and I was pleasantly surprised at how well put-together the whole thing was. It didn’t feel like individual components put together, but a cohesive burger that tasted just wonderful. I do have minor complaints, such as my burger being medium rare when I ordered it medium, and some mushrooms being in my burger, but those things happen.

The atmosphere is nice, too. It has a typical diner feel, with some aptly themed decor. The service was great, with the waiter joking around and my water cup was never empty.

Overall, a great experience that surprised me and I definitely recommend this diner.
