ABJ Properties

I am a tenant of ABJ and have had problem after problem with them since I moved in less than a year ago. They never communicate with tenants about planned work on the building- carpet being ripped up in the hallways, work being done on the roof, the facade being re-done. My roommate was woken up by construction work at 7am to find workers looking in the windows of her bedroom on the 3rd floor. And in the first month that we moved in there was a carbon monoxide leak and because of mismanagement by super and property manager we suffered co2 poisoning from sleeping overnight with the leak present. Absolutely terrible management company. Avoid at all costs!

Hands down great, I can't complain I'm pleased with the entire process, my leasing agent who helper me throughout, I would like to say you don't come across many who care, and is patient. Thank times a trillion
