Roach infested and raggedy!!!!!!!!

The manager here only cares about keeping her bosses at ease . She doesn’t care if she has to degrade the tenants here to do it . The Manager in question here is named Jasmine. She’s very rude . Doesn’t pay much mind to any of the tenants complaints or concerns she tends to talk over you & is dismissive about everything . She shouldn’t be a manager with such horrible customer/tenant service .

This is a place to live, everyone here looks out for one another, the office staff, maintenance staff is outstanding, caring, very very professional on and off the clock. They do their best to make our place feel at home and safe. I am so glad I live here.!!

Wonderful super polite staff, very quiet, everyone minds their own business, there is no riff raff here, no roaches and maintenance actually fixes things in a timely manner. They recently removed all the grass around the complex and now it doesn't look as nice but my children and I love this place

The sound after midnight is very loud when there is only Mexican music.

Smith's is garbage. Don't come here if you need anything done. always always a long wait time.
