This was the most horrible experience ever. I was so excited to go to this cinema and heard of this place from Instagram, but after attending, I did not experience that wow experience.

The food at the price they charged was not worth it. We ordered a chicken sandwich and it looked like a slab of chicken breast, rolled in cold sauce, the alcohol beverage had less than a shot of liquor, and the lack of customer service was irritating.

We did not have a server come to our theater room to take our order, having us wait. After the movie started, we decided to just go to the bar. There was only one employee working behind the bar, and the other 6 were standing around talking. Mind you not, there were only a total of 3 customers at the bar. There should not have been any reason why we had to wait so long just to be served. When the one working employee asked for help, the woman who was a heavier set went behind the bar with attitude.

Not only did we end up missing 20 mins of our movie but the food we ordered and drinks were not worth the money spent or the time we lost from the movie.

I DO NOT recommend going here.

This was my first time at Regal Cinebarre Movie Theaters. This is a LUXURY theater at regular ticket prices! Very nice reclining seats, tables that swing over your seat to sit your drink and food on PLUS at your seat wait staff to take your order and bring you your food. Now I'm talking about actual food. I don't know what's on their menu because I asked the guy for a suggestion based on my dietary restrictions. He suggested "potato skins". That sounded great to me. So, I had that, a glass of white wine and a soda. The total was $22. Not bad for a movie concession price.
I had a great time, great movie, nice & comfortable, good food & drinks and the theater was very clean, too. An extra plus.

The service here seems to be getting worst every week, I go every Tuesday, and I see the constant changes, a couple weeks ago, patrons will still being served beverages the last 20 minutes of movie from when they ordered at the beginning. The last two occasions the server never came to take orders till after the movie started, walking back and forth while we are trying to see the movie, it was a packed theatre, so took a long time to get orders, why wait till movie has started to send in server when it is full, last night was maybe 25 people and server never came in, so everyone was going outside and tracked some guy down to take orders, the guy was nice he said he wasn’t our server but took our orders, a server never came in till 15 minutes after the movie started, he had no business cause we all went outside, I have learned now to place your order at the bar before going it to assure getting your items.
Menu items are always out, food and drinks
BRING YOUR COAT AND BLANKETS, last night was so cold, everyone was freezing, my fingers were numb cause they was so cold,
If server was to come in before previews being shown, they would sell much more, they are losing money on food and drinks.
Service before you go in is great, just once you go in you are totally forgotten about,
Then when you do order, popcorn usually will come right out, but bar drinks will show up a half hour later.
The food is great, it is just getting it in a timely matter
Like I said I go every week for the past year, and it just seems to be getting worst.
I look forward to a movie every Tuesday, but may find another place to go

Wow! A nice bar, lounge and theater. I had to show my I.D. to buy candy lol. For some reason, it took seemingly forever just to get a drink and some candy at the bar. It has a big outdoor balcony with bar and lounge and a huge indoor lounge with bar. Very nice picture and sound in the theater. Comfortable full reclining lounge chairs. They even have full bar and food service at your seat inside the theater before the show.

This is our new favorite theater in town. We had seen movies at the Cinebarre in our previous home of WA and it was fine but they didn't even have recliners, which you kind of have to have to justify the premium price. The service was great, the theater was comfortable and inviting, the sound was good and the location is cool. The only complaint we have is the parking, which isn't really the fault of the theater. The Casino has a huge empty section in front of the theater portion of the hotel that has never been filled or even vaguely used when we've been there forcing us to park on the other side of the resort and hike through it. Aside from that, we go out of our way to attend films at this theater.

This was a great experience. I went for a Birthday. It was my 1st time and I loved it. It's a little on the pricey side but worth it. My favorite part is they take your order in the theater while the preview are going.
