Our parents absolutely couldn’t have made it through the days without her. She’s an asset to everyone involved, making great relations with guests, wedding suppliers and the families. She’s calm and methodical and ensures everything is timely and always makes the effort to make you happy. She’s gives great suggestions and solutions to any obstacle you may find and is always one phone call/text away.
What made the wedding so special was her presence and her lovely team that spend their time going above and beyond for you and your wedding guests. There will always be hiccups but I can honestly say, I still don’t know what they were for us because she handled every situation before it even made it back to us - she even made time to organise special touches constantly.
This was not unnoticed by our guests who all rushed to commend her and take her details- you’ll want to scream and shout about her afterwards and you can be at total peace that this was the best investment you made to help keep you on track with your budget whilst still making your dream wedding possible! Where do we start with how amazing Karishma was?! From the start, she was super organised from our meetings to our site visits in Italy, which meant that we were able to meet our vendors and plan accordingly. Despite having to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid -19, Karishma tackled anything that came her way which helped us with the process so much. Her communication with the hotel and the suppliers was second to none, and she was always one step ahead with them.
Throughout the whole destination wedding, everything ran so smoothly and her team are hard working, professional and also discreet! Having Karishma as our planner meant that our parents could fully immerse and enjoy themselves as she took the stress away from them completely, which is every couples' dream.

My wife had always dreamed of an Indian wedding in a beautiful UK setting (we live in the US, but I am from the UK), but we were struggling to find our perfect venue. We came across Karishma, and right from our first virtual meeting she identified the perfect venue for us. Karishma was knowledgeable and well organized, and put together a detailed plan and schedule for all of our wedding preparation for our destination Tamil wedding.
When we were able to finally meet in person in the UK a few months prior to our wedding, Karishma and her team arranged two days of site visits and vendor meetings, all of which were organized perfectly, allowing us to make the best use of our limited time.
Karishma and her team worked diligently to understand our vision, and helped translate it into a stunning reality. She handled communications with all of our vendors, and knew exactly how to get the most out of them while still remaining within our strict budget. Some vendors even told us that Karishma had been the best planner they have had to pleasure to work with!

Our dearest Karishma honestly became family by the end of the wedding festivities. From the very beginning she surprised us with her organisation and vigour in putting our wedding together, we hadn't even signed on with her and she had planned out what the next 6 or so months would like in regards to planning our events. Karishma and her team not only put on a beautiful Sikh wedding at Gravesend Gurdwara but they also hosted a Reception Dinner at The Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane (the biggest wedding event that the Dorchester has ever had!) Karishma had the tenacity to work with all our suppliers with great ease and liaise with our family members. Our family and friends were taken aback by all the events; the jago, the maiyan, the pre wedding party, the wedding, the post wedding party and the reception. Each event ran so smoothly and if there were issues, we certainly didn't know about it. To imagine having to organise a wedding and a reception to this level would have been a nightmare without Karishma. We truly couldn't have done anything like this without her!
It is always a great pleasure working with Karishma - her passion for weddings and attention to every detail to ensure everyone has the best day is very evident. Karishma has a great network of approved wedding suppliers she works with to ensure that every event is delivered to the highest standard. Creativity and wedding design is one of her key skills but this is equally combined with practicality and logistics so that wedding couples have a stress free time from start to finish.
My wife and I will be forever grateful for the amazing job Karishma and her team did in planning our dream destination wedding in Portugal. She is incredibly organized, diligent, and hardworking. Planning a destination wedding is a challenge especially when you have no existing relationships in the area. With Karishma's help and guidance, we were able to coordinate so much remotely, which enabled us to limit our pre-wedding visits to 1 action-packed trip (e.g. for food tasting, meeting w/ florists, etc...). We pulled off the wedding of our dreams, and are so grateful for the memories forged. We really can't recommend her enough!
