Levante Grand Wood Park

Thank you to the team and staff at GrandWood Park. My aunt loved her spacious suite and everyone was also so patient and helpful. We loved sitting out in the gardens and enjoying the beautiful old trees. The staff were caring, attentive and outgoing. (I’d name each of them but I’m afraid I’d forget one person, when they ALL were fantastic). She enjoyed the music programs and seeing the kids from the attached day care. The 24 nursing staff were so helpful and The PSWs were amazing. My aunt will miss GrandWood! Thanks so much.

My sister recently spent several months at Grand wood in London, Ontario.
Our family was very pleased with how well she was received. The staff went out of their way to make her feel part of the community…helping her adjust to her new home. Their expertise was notable as problems were solved thoughtfully, efficiently and with expertise.
More importantly, it was the compassion, patience and daily attention to care shown our sister that gave our family greater peace of mind…..THANK YOU for that!!

This place is an extremely over priced dump. It’s old and broken down. The rooms are rarely cleaned and often reek of pee. It is also infested with bed bugs. Think hard before you send your loved one to this sub par facility.

Although my mother wasn't at Grand Wood long, she was very happy with the staff and management. She enjoyed the meals and the fact that she had her independence. Dealing with the management was a pleasant experience. Kate, Stephen and Stacey were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I have already referred friends for thier loved ones. Thanks

Our Mother has been a resident of Grand Wood Park, London, On for over 4 years.
The Management & staff: across all departments are caring , attentive , approachable & professional. The Home Physician is on call & visits weekly. It's evident she truly cares for her patients there.
Mom is content and enjoys the staff; calling most of them by name; & especially enjoys her meals. Their activity program is busy & geared to Seniors. There're many options for the residents to choose from & they do events to include family as well.
Our Mothers room is kept clean & tidy , & laundry is done weekly.
The grounds are lovely & inviting & well maintained.

Truly Wonderful Care! My Mother enjoyed Her experience at Grand Wood. Friendly, Professional care with a varied and delicious meal plan. Many activities to join in, lots of interesting people. Oh, and Steven is a Wonderful Concierge, and truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Thank💐You Everyone for All the Joy you brought my Mum.
