Went to the Embassy in desperation to get a tourist visa, when the evisa system was playing up. We didn't have an appointment & it turns out that the Embassy has nothing to do with issuing tourist visas!! Nevertheless, the Consular Section couldn't have been more helpful. They spent almost 2 hours with us & were unfailingly gracious & patient. A superb advert for their country! We got our visas later after their intervention helped ensure the evisa problem was resolved. We are extremely grateful.

I applied to the embassy regarding the documents of my new born baby. I was served in a very short time frame and dealt with a very competent and professional staff. They answered all phone calls, replied to all emails and messages sent to other social media accounts no later than 24 hours. Especially I appreciate their attitude towards their applicants during covid crisis, when most other services by different organizations/countries are so slow to react. My mother and I visted the consular section today. We travelled from afar plus we could not find parking close enough to the Embassy. So understandably, my anxiety was going over the roof. This couple with me not liking Central London. When we arrived, a member of the staff namely Mr T. greated us with great respect. He created rather friendly atmosphere. Before we knew it all documents were ready. We cant thank him enough for his efficiency and friendliness. I would however like to make a comment concerning the basement premises used for Consular section. I hope the Embassy, in the future will make reasonable adjustments for people with mobility problems. Many thanks :-)
