We are a local family owned and operated business; we had 10+ brands with Deliverect.
When we initially signed up, the payment processor they used was Stripe. At some point they changed and at that point the integration was hit and miss. Guests would order through our website, come to pick up and we wouldn't have their order; it did not come through our POS/did not actually integrate.
After months (over 12 months) of trying to find resolution, Deliverect was ultimately useless. Terrible company, terrible customer service and terrible product.
We paid for an integration service that worked "sometimes" and ultimately cost us money; giving refunds and guests that will not return due to their frustration when their order hadn't even been started when they arrived.
More efficient and cost effective to pay someone to manually enter orders.

Worst company to deal with. It’s like chatting with people from outer space. They can’t call you and you can’t call them. They can only chat and will take 13 weeks to setup.
No expectations and no time management skills.
On-boarding team is a nightmare to deal with. If you can find an alternative please go with someone else. If I was told in the beginning I would have avoided them.

I've been using the live chat for over an hour now, the tech support lady has given me ample instructions, in which I've followed, and nothing has fixed my issue. I keep asking for someone to call me to expedite this as I've been trying to fix this issue for over a month, and they don't offer support over the phone. After all this time, the lady says my issue will need more investigation and that someone will contact me via email. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I am going to cancel this partnership and look elsewhere. AWFUL customer service.

Deliverect has failed to deliver on their promise that their software will work. I worked to implement their platform for one of my clients and it was a nightmare. Their support will not resolve the issue and it will cost you thousands of dollars. If you are a Square user, stay far away.

We are a seasonal business. We were paying $106 a month. When we signed up, we were told no problem, you can pause the account for the months that you're closed.
Now, after pausing the account for 3 months... the new fee is $134 a month. So there's no savings at all for pausing the account - we actually will now pay more for years to come.
Left a really sour taste in my mouth. Will be looking for another service to replace this one.

I would like to leave this review specifically for Andrej and Fay Jose. They were extremely helpful in helping us fix our POS and Deliverect menus. They were patient in helping us navigate through the system, giving us the right guidance in a timely manner. thank you very much, I would give 10 stars if I could!

Worst customer service. While the integration may work. The moment you run into a technical problem. You are left hanging alone to figure it out yourself as a business owner. While they answer email, they keep going in circles. The agents who are answering your emails are not even competent and always need to refer to other ‘unknown’ department who you can’t get in touch with. They don’t offer telephone support and the life chat option is the worst.
