Lovely gardens. Nice cafe. But only non-manmade nature gets 5 stars in my pointscoring model.
Did a guided tour of the connections garden and the variety and beauty of those plants and flowers just amazed it...Thanks to our wonderful guide and the entire team at Australian Botanical garden for maintaining it so well. Highly recommended.

A gorgeous place for a nice walk while enjoying native flora. It's very well maintained and very peaceful even on busy days.
Huge area inside the garden. We were there for koala hunt but ended up making big rounds through the entire garden. Park at Connections Garden if you are going for the koalas. Otherwise, there are many spots to park inside the garden and tables available for picnic.
One of the best National parks in Sydney with botanical gardens and no entry fee! This place won't disappoint you. Guaranteed to cheer you up on a sad / bad day. Beware of the time. It closes at 5pm, with exceptions to summer only!
The Connections Garden is well laid out, well maintained, and in Spring paticularly, a wonderful place to wander amongst a mix of trees, shrubs, flowering plants, etc.. Dominated by a huge display of Australian Daisies of many colours and sizes, there is plenty for all to enjoy.
