One of the best buildings i have had an opportunity to visit in the Bronx. Everything about the building is stylish, cozy comfortable,clean and the lobby tells all you need to know about security. A perfect place to live. I give the place a perfect 5.

WORST BUILDING EVER WITH COLD HEARTED MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE GUY. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR YOU WILL SET YOURSELF UP FOR DISASTER.

They work with the shadiest real state agents. I'm glad I came to see the reviews before submitting and application. The agent asked for copies of social security cards and IDs of applicants and non applicants among a long list of documents that would make your IDENTITY vulnerable. I will take my 800+ credit score and my busin to a reputable real state agency.

I moved out 3 months ago thank goodness. I WISH I could rate this place 0 stars...The laundry machines are always out of order, people fight for parking on the street... the church downstairs in the basement is loud as h*ll... there is no doorman here, the elevators are always dirty... this place is the worse. The management is unprofessional... save your money and do not rent here...

I lived there for 9 months. At the beginning it was great, the place was super clean and well maintained. After few months, when people started moving in, it became more dirty, feeling like it was a waste of money. The doorman is not there 24/7, so don’t get too excited, and it happened to me to find him into my apartment without permission-yes, he had my key! The manager building is totally dedicated to your money but he doesn’t care if you’re in danger or you need something. For that kind of money you would aspect a luxury treatment, super clean, respectable, but nothing like that: you waste your money moving there. The area is not that great: in 9 months I lived there, there were 4 shooting between Morris and kingsbridge (right after the corner) and one of them was right in front of my eyes. It’s not worth it! If you are still on time, don’t move over there!
