Hey. I had bought a skechers shoes in end of July 2021 from skechers outlet situated in Marmary Park Istanbul Turkey. But just after two or three weeks i felt some problem in shoes, which actually was stressing my ankles. I checked the shoes and found some damaged area near heel of both shoes, due to which my ankles were under stress and creating problem when i walk. I took the shoes to the shop and showed them the problem that around within one month the shoe is damaged. So please look into this matter, either replace the shoe or atleast repair as per your standards. They took the shoe and told that they will inform me. But just after four to five days i received a message from the company (for reference original and translation is attached) that they have checked the article and they don't find any manufacturing fault, so come and pick you shoe. I went on the same shop and requested them that how a show can be damaged from inner side within a month's time there must be some issue, ok if you don't want to replace than either repair it so i can use the same. After all your product is expensive as compared to local market and i can avail the value of money. They said that they will send my shoes again to thier back office with the same request and they did it. But regretfully i got the same message that there is no manufacturing fault in these shoe so come and pick you shoes. Now finally i picked the same damaged pair with following few questions in my mind:
1. As per the message if there is no manufacturing fault in the shoe, then is this the quality of Skechers that a shoe got damaged from inner side within one month. So it would be better to buy a local shoe of around TL 200, use for six months and throw it away rather to buy a skechers shoe of around TL600 lira and it needs to be thrown away within one month (as the company message that there is no manufacturing fault and proving it that this is the QUALITY OF SKECHERS).
2. Is this the customer services that even the company is not ready to repair thier damaged product (within the month time of sale).

If you think that if there is some brand exist behind this sale, then it should have been done
