Well kept building in beautiful area right next to Ft Tryon Park and the A train…but it is SO NOISY. The Motorcycles and ATV’s are a real big issue. Serious noise pollution here…I wish somebody would do something about it.
Great location with spacious apartments at well below midtown prices.
Fort Tryon Park is directly next door which offfer nycs second largest green space.
Tons of options on seamless and lots of new restaurants and markets opening regularly.
With several new developments already approved closed by this neigborhood and building will rise in desire and price.
15 minutes away from Columbus circle by the a train who’s entrance is directly in back of the building.. get anywhere you need to be in 25 minutes ..
