First time visited New Sarvy at masab tank. It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. Chicken biryani was super duper and served hot.
U will get biryani items only after 12.15pm . The service we received was so amazing.
They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
Parking is little only.
Seating is some wat less like all tables are nearby each other with very less gap.
Washrooms are obviously unhygienic.
Entrance area is really dirty with pan parak stains.
They allow cigarette smokers to smoke in the cafe area which nearly at the entrance at ground level.
After the Lunch it was okay.
Pls maintain hygiene environment.
If u see reels and go there, have a biryani enjoy
Butter naans and chicken tikka masala curry was not tasty.
Its a different kind of taste 🥺.

We ordered Nihari Paaya with Sheermal, Mixed Soft Noodles, Chicken Drumsticks & Kubani kaa meetha with ice cream. All the dishes were very tasty and the quantity was also decent.
My recent visit to Sarvi unfortunately turned out to be an unpleasant dining experience due to multiple reasons that significantly impacted my meal.
The most glaring issue was the untrained and unprepared staff. They seemed unfamiliar with the menu, leading to confusion in taking orders and recommending dishes. Moreover, their lack of training was evident in their overall approach to customer service, which left much to be desired.
Adding to this disappointment was the temperature of the food served. Regrettably, most of the dishes arrived at the table cold, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care in the kitchen. This greatly affected the taste and enjoyment of what could have been flavorful meals.
Furthermore, the uncooperative attitude of the staff when I expressed my concerns about the cold food added to the overall frustration. Their unwillingness to address the issue or offer a suitable solution left me dissatisfied and disappointed.
In summary, the combination of untrained staff, cold food, and uncooperative service made this dining experience far from enjoyable. I hope Sarvi considers investing more in staff training and prioritizes maintaining the quality and temperature of their food to ensure a better experience for future patrons.
