Curacao Anaheim

Save your self the headache.
My husband and I went to Curacao to purchase a Samsung fridge.
We paid in full.. we had problems with delivery .
Delivery was way out of their delivery window, when we contacted Curacao they kept telling us there was nothing they can do and it wasn't their fault the delivery was late.

When it arrived we were told NOT to turn it on because of the gasses .. so I plugged it in until the next morning.
The next day I realized the screen didn't work and when I called Curacao they told me it was no longer their problem and I had to contact Samsung.

We demanded to get our money back because the fridge was defective.
After a whole week without a fridge, we finally hear from Curacao saying they were only refunding $800 out of the $1,300 because the fridge was "working fine". They never bothered to look at the screen.

I had to contact my bank and explained everything that happened.
Thankfully my bank was able to refund me my money.

Never again.
This store has HORRIBLE customer service.
We ended up buying a fridge from Bestbuy.
Bigger and better for $1500 delivery and customer service was alot better .

I really like this store, but if I’m being honest, some visits felt as though they catered to a particular community. During my last visit I anticipated that this would be the case but I went anyway. Not only has the design of the store changed, the customer service has done so as well. Cristal was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure to check the stock prior to trying to sell me items so I wouldn’t be disappointed. She took her time with me and explained EVERYTHING! She even warned me about the flimsy bags (I didn’t listen). Thank you, CRISTAL for changing my experience. I will be back soon!

I have been going to this store location for three years now and I just want to share that I’m very astonished by the way Lidia presented herself to me. Super helpful, professional, and welcoming. Excellent costumer service. Looking forward to purchasing from her again! 🙂

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Ruth Galindo at Curacao! She was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. She was able to answer any questions I had regarding any of the entertainment appliances near the television department. She was kind and patient and it seemed like she genuinely enjoyed helping people out. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants great service from employees who care about the quality of service they are providing!

Shopping here was a good experience. One of the workers, Ruth Galindo, was one of the best sales representatives I've ever met. She was professional and knew her products. She was so helpful and answered every question I had. If you have a question about TVs, speakers, or any electronics, she is the person to go to. IF SHE DOES NOT KNOW SHE WILL FIND OUT FOR YOU!! Highly recommend. 😬👍

This company was great! I went in to find a specific product and Cristal was such a big help! She showed great professionalism and was positive throughout my process of buying a product. She is a great part to the Curacao team and I will be going back to get help from her!
