I've been going to this Verizon store for years and they are very reliable. Great store in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend coming here.
I've been shopping here for many, many years. I highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone in the New York City area looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to purchase a new phone or phone plan.
The store was clean and well-organized, with all the phones and accessories neatly displayed. The staff was nice and helpful.
Dear Mgmt, can you please enforce your No Pets Allowed policy? I love dogs, but this is ridiculous. Service trained animals don't bark at customers inside stores. These are NOT certified service animals.

My husband and I went to Curacao to purchase a Samsung fridge.
We paid in full.. we had problems with delivery .
Delivery was way out of their delivery window, when we contacted Curacao they kept telling us there was nothing they can do and it wasn't their fault the delivery was late.
When it arrived we were told NOT to turn it on because of the gasses .. so I plugged it in until the next morning.
The next day I realized the screen didn't work and when I called Curacao they told me it was no longer their problem and I had to contact Samsung.
We demanded to get our money back because the fridge was defective.
After a whole week without a fridge, we finally hear from Curacao saying they were only refunding $800 out of the $1,300 because the fridge was "working fine". They never bothered to look at the screen.
I had to contact my bank and explained everything that happened.
Thankfully my bank was able to refund me my money.
Never again.
This store has HORRIBLE customer service.

Wayyy too much expired food on the sales floor; they rarely rotate stock. Make sure you check your dates. This goes for both cold items and dry/shelf stable products. There is also a bunch of product out of place and scattered everywhere. Very messy. Lastly, the inventory is not kept very well; there are a ton of items it says are available on the app but no one is able to find in store.

Great experience setting up a new plan and new phones. Vincent was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was also patient in helping us resolve an issue with TMobile, on their end, which was preventing us from transferring our service.

I recently had the opportunity to visit your store in Wilmington, Delaware, and I wanted to share my thoughts about my shopping experience. Overall, I found the store to be clean and well-maintained, which definitely made for a pleasant environment to shop in.
As someone who isn't a frequent shopper at Target, I did face a bit of a challenge in navigating the store initially. It would have been incredibly helpful to have a store map available, especially for newcomers like me. Having a map on hand would have made locating items much easier and saved me some time wandering around.
However, I must commend one particular aspect of my visit that truly stood out—the exceptional service at the self-checkout counter. The woman assisting at the self-checkout counter was nothing short of fabulous. Her friendly demeanor, efficiency, and willingness to help made a significant difference in my overall shopping experience. In fact, her positive attitude and assistance would be a compelling reason for me to return to your store in the future.
The ending experience at the self-checkout counter was truly beautiful, and it left a lasting impression on me. It's encounters like these that make shopping memorable and encourage customers to become loyal patrons.

I went in yesterday morning for my first time ever I was lost at first but thanks to Blanca she helped me out the whole time I was there very sweet and professional. I’ll definitely be going back thanks to her.
I really like this store, but if I’m being honest, some visits felt as though they catered to a particular community. During my last visit I anticipated that this would be the case but I went anyway. Not only has the design of the store changed, the customer service has done so as well. Cristal was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure to check the stock prior to trying to sell me items so I wouldn’t be disappointed. She took her time with me and explained EVERYTHING! She even warned me about the flimsy bags (I didn’t listen). Thank you, CRISTAL for changing my experience. I will be back soon!
Such an amazing experience. We went in looking for a watch for my husband and ended up taking more stuff. We came across Anabel Cervantez which made us feel comfortable, not pushy like other sales people. She answered all of our questions with professionalism and made our experience hassle free. Store was hot Employees where not helpful. On line the store had the items Employees said they could not find it. I ordered it on line while in store. The Employee who was by himself in the pick up area was very helpful a very nice young man name Nathan. I still can believe that one person by themselves was more helpful then the 6 standing around doing nothing. Store was not busy and they still didn't help
I’ve never been to a Target with so many locked items and employees ignoring. What was supposed to be a quick trip, now has me waiting 20 minutes till I just decided to go somewhere else.

Went there for a few items with my niece and great-niece. Pretty much in and out, but what was especially great was everything we planned to purchase was in stock. Did some browsing and to the self checkout we were. Had to use assistant because 2 items were locked up. Didn't have to wait to long either for them to get the items. There wasn't any issues with the self checkout either. In general I would say it was about the same amount of customers you would expect from Walmart on the weekend.

Walked in looking for beach toys. There were none. Very roomy store. Quiet. Was able to walk in and out with just a small wait time at self check out. The musician in the parking lot was awesome. Played my request immediately.

I ordered in-store pickup and experienced extremely rude customer service from one of the employees there. Service was also really slow for some reason, even though there were barely any customers at the time I came.
I have been going to this store location for three years now and I just want to share that I’m very astonished by the way Lidia presented herself to me. Super helpful, professional, and welcoming. Excellent costumer service. Looking forward to purchasing from her again! 🙂
Elias in electronic sales has a great customer service. He helped me choosing the right Smart TV. Very professional, patience and attentive. Not only he helping me with my new TV, but he also helped me with a sectional sofas. He explained about factory coverage insurance and also if I was interested in purchasing additional insurance. Overall, I highly recommend Elias for any purchase anybody might want. Thank you Elias! 🙌🏼
Went there for Downy unstoppable... well.. ask 5 different employees for help in getting one out of the lock up shelf. NO ONE ASSISTED. Went to check out my other items, then saw a manager and explain my situation... he didn't acknowledge my frustration. So he went ahead to get me the item... went back to cashier... was told I have to get back in line.... REALLY!!!! I got so mad, I left the item on the counter and left and vowed NEVER TO SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN!!!! They just lost a customer.
Great customer service! Ivan from electronics was very kind. Ivan helped us out through our purchases, and gave us all the information we asked for. He helped us make three great purchases, and made sure to explain the purchase. He also gave us a few tips, and was very professional, but still funny.
I encountered Poor customer service by and employee and the supervisor in electronics. I was very disappointed and discourage from coming to this @target store again. I wanted to price match and use a coupon from my red cart wallet app which the issue wasn’t with the system or the app but more a choice of the employee not allowing me to do both, no where in there disclaimer or the app gave me an issue it was once again the EMPLOYEE and she said also mention is was the store choice as well and that she had receive and email not to allow customers to do this.
I love this Target store. It is consistently clean and well stocked. The associates are very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The parking lot is always maintained and parking is always available. The restrooms are also kept clean. Great place to shop.
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Ruth Galindo at Curacao! She was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. She was able to answer any questions I had regarding any of the entertainment appliances near the television department. She was kind and patient and it seemed like she genuinely enjoyed helping people out. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants great service from employees who care about the quality of service they are providing!
Shopping here was a good experience. One of the workers, Ruth Galindo, was one of the best sales representatives I've ever met. She was professional and knew her products. She was so helpful and answered every question I had. If you have a question about TVs, speakers, or any electronics, she is the person to go to. IF SHE DOES NOT KNOW SHE WILL FIND OUT FOR YOU!! Easy Sunday drive. Free hot dogs summer weekends 1pm-5pm (we missed it!). This store has a very wide variety of options; baby stuff to huge TV's. Their prices are very good, less than department stores, they guarantee it! They offer credit o.a.c. The staff greet at the door, are very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this store location for those looking for designer accessories, clothes, electronics (Portable A/C), Apple Air-Anything, computers, and beyond!
Employees don’t respond to the sensors for items that are locked behind the glass. When you find and ask an employee if they can open the glass they just say to press the button. Terrible customer service. You should definitely shop somewhere else.

A couple of days ago I went with the intention of buying some sunglasses and the truth is that the attention from the girls left a lot to be desired, first I was standing in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes looking for someone to help me and the three ladies who were there They totally ignored me, I went up to one of them who was in the perfume stall, I greeted her and asked her about the sunglasses, first she completely ignored me, when I asked her again she turned to look at me with disdain and only told me that she was busy, that there were other ladies who could help me, of the other 2 ladies, one of them was only standing in front of the mirror looking at herself and combing her hair with her hands, I approached her and asked her if she could help me and she only told me that she was busy (because combing your hair with your hands is more important than customers apparently) and I call a third lady who for a change with a very bad face and bad attitude opened the glasses rack, I asked her a couple of questions about the glasses and asked her a suggestion to choose one and the way he responded made me totally unwilling to be in that place, it seemed that he was not interested in selling anything, I just thanked him for his time and left. The truth is that I no longer have the slightest intention of going back to a store that provides that type of service to customers and I’m even thinking of canceling the account. I would give it less stars but it cannot be less than 1 because of her very poor attention.

Wasted 20 minutes waiting for someone with keys to purchase this nobody showed up walked over to electronics and asked an employee if he could send someone nobody showed then walked to the front entrance and asked another employee if he could send somebody he said they didn’t have radios to call anyone, left empty handed just wasted my time.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted and treated with exceptional service, Arbaaz helped me change my carrier seemlessly and answered every question I had clearly. I’d highly recommend coming to this store the employees here are amazing

A friend told me they were approached by targets secret security and were pulled out of line and falsely accused of shoplifting/suspicious behavior last Sunday. After proving their purchase to the idiot left alone on Sunday (security) via ANOTHER target employee AND with receipt, this target employee let his sensitive ego get the best of him and violated my friend’s rights as a customer and refused additional purchase of items. When asked for the employee’s name or for a supervisor, target employees gave bogus and unprofessional answers. I have been going to this store for 10 years and will never visit it again. I wish it had happened to me because my lawyer would have been called before I left the store. Whoever left that boy alone that Sunday should probably make sure they don’t keep violating customers rights. Zero stars.

I was within 6ft of about 10 different store associates today and not even one hello or anything...funny I went to Boscovs at the mall and every single person greeting there greeted me. With all your negative press recently you should be doing better!
I came in to purchase a Perfume & Cologne & Came across Sandra Gutierrez who was selling this (Sexual Brand Line) of perfumes. She was very Kind , Sweet & Very Helpful answering all my questions even about other brands. She explained how the Sexual Perfume was coming up & sampled everything and really LOVED IT! Her Attitude, Charisma & Vibe persuaded me to buy a few and my Wife and Mom Loved them . I will DEFINITELY return . Thank you Sandra .

EVERY single time I go to this location they NEVER have shopping carts in the store, even in the middle of the day when it is not as busy. They do have plenty of employees standing near the front entrance looking lost and like they have nothing to do and they don't care. It's a shame they don't care enough about their customers to keep carts readily available instead of making us go search the parking lot for one.
Seriously, not just the best Verizon store I've ever visited, but definitely the best mobile phone service experience ever. Quick, friendly, and effective. They switched me to a much cheaper plan, and it was all done in about ten minutes. I live in California, but would have to consider coming back to NYC to use these folks again!

This is one of the best Verizon store that exists. I went in angry as can be left better than ever. I was also served a fine cappuccino from the restaurant next door. This is the The Best Verizon that there is in the entire Verizon company they deserve more than 5 stars all the way.
I am not from the area, and as it was on my way home, I decided to stop by. The restroom was dirty. However, they were cleaner than the milk section and didn't smell as horrible as the milk section. I have never been to a target with such a foul smell in the refrigerator section. The check out line was fast, which was a plus. I went a week ago.
Horrible customer service. Spoke with a representative by the name of AGUSTINA in the payment dept. She was so rude, all I wanted to do is to make a payment on the account even tho my payment is not due till next month. She stated she couldn't give me any info. Not only was her strive horrible, I had to talk to her in Spanish so she could understand I was trying to make a payment BEFORE MY DUE DATE. Some of the reps need better customer service training. I asked for a supervisor and she rudely hung up on me. Called again and was answered by DAVID he was nice and took my pymt. How hard was it to do a simple task. Never again am I buying anything from here. Still have the other half of my house to furnished, taking my money elsewhere.
It's not everyday that I write a review such as this. First the basics. Walmart is a hypermarket that offers a lot of products, which include groceries, household products, electronics, etc.. I think the reason why it's so popular is because the prices here are noticeably lower than other supermarket chains. It also has this warehouse feel similar to Costco. But with low prices, there's always a catch, and that is, the Walmart experience may not be the best for some people based on different factors. Also when checking out, they don't accept apple pay and require you to download their app, which brings me to my next point.

She doesn't make me feel rushed at all and tries her best to make me take my time. Instead of making the customers behind me wait even longer, she set me aside while I get my payment method ready. She was also very helpful and told me how to pay up using the app. Once I'm done, she becomes charismatic with me. I would suggest placing a reminder to download the app if customers are used to apple pay. But because of Mike's charisma and patience, this place gets 5 stars.

Great store and great prices I went to the store looking for a mattress and I was extremely surprise with the variety of mattresses and the quality. The price and the help was really good. This location is home to a knowledgable, helpful, and personable sales team. After Boost Mobile had a company wide outage, I walked over and switched carriers. They were patient despite Boost Mobile keeping me on the line for a hour. I would return to this location in a heartbeat.

My family and I have been shopping at this target for years now. A current cashier, Donna that works at the Brandywine Target is the reason why self check out will never work. We have waited in lines just to be serviced by her as she is a prime example of extraordinary customer service. She provides joy, positivity, smiles and an amazing experience.
Came in to Curacao looking for a good camera and was helped by Lidia. She was very helpful and answered every question I had. Explained thoroughly all the features that the camera has and left my payment plan 👌. Overall excellent experience.

This is a great place to shop. It's pretty much always packed, but there is plenty of parking, and they have a lot of product. It is kinda far from me, but it is much cheaper than other grocery stores so it ends up being worth it.
Julian was beyond helpful and patient as my wife and I shopped around. He answered all our questions (and we had many) in regard to the products we were interested in getting. It took us about 45 min to look and shop around and Julian checked in to see if there was anything we needed. He was very knowledgeable regarding the products we purchased. The customer service provided was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend you ask for Julian if you need any help or information.

Smooth experience upgrading my phone, I initially thought the salesman was helpful, but he told me I NEEDED to buy a USB-C charger box to be able to charge my new iPhone 13, and I took him at his word and purchased a $30 box at his suggestion. I immediately realized that he lied, as I'm able to charge my new phone with my old chargers. Don't appreciate being had for $30!
SCAM ALERT!
Purchased a vanity, it was delivered and assembled and there were damages. Let the lady at the store know that there were damages and she said she would not have a problem replacing it. A month later a new one was delivered and the drawers did not open properly. A video was sent to the lady at the store and she said she would be issuing a partial refund. After having numerous issues with the vanity and expressing my concerns the lady at the store, she stopped responding. She was probably hoping that the issue would just be dropped and she would not have to deal with it anymore. This is terrible customer service.

It's really tough to find affordable furniture these days. I traveled all over Pacific Blvd for a good deal on a Sofa / Love set. Yadira at Mundo Click came to the rescue! Not only did she give me a great price, she broke down my purchase to a few very affordable monthly payments AND she had the furniture delivered to my home quickly while taking out my old furniture. This target has a good alcohol selection. I can't speak for anything else because I didn't go in there for anything else but alcohol. If you're reading is right now you probably think I have a problem but I don't I'll just enjoying the weekend so be sure to check out the alcohol section because it's pretty good.

I want to thank Mundo Click for allowing us to get our fridge, stove, washer and dryer to out new home. It is very affordable and very great customer service was provided. Very nice people to work with they help you out to make sure you can get everything you need without having to do much so im so greatful to have gone there then anywhere else. Here is two pictures of my appliances that i got even my fridge still has the plastic on it but everything is brand new works perfectly fine. If ever have a problem I can always contact them and they will take care of it. The payments are very flexible they work with us and always there to assist with any questions or concerns that we have. I want to thank them so much for being so amazing with the customers and making us feel like we were at home when trying to figure out what appliances were more affordable to us but they offer serveral opinions and work with you till the end so everything works out good. I highly recommend this place to all friends and family to get their appliances there as well without having to get to a situation where you can get cant pay for what you're looking for.
Beautiful table!! Bench comes in handy with the kids and it’s so easy to clean and just aesthetically pleasing. It was also really easy to out together and had no struggle what so ever putting it back together. Bench fits more people than you can imagine !!
Associate Joel gave me and my husband great customer service. He answered all of our questions and knowledge us more with some of the new items newest devices. The new location looks great. Though the place is smaller, the prices are still affordable. I will definitely go back and recommend this place to family & friends.

This has to be considered one of the top Target stores in all of Northern Delaware. I would probably consider it in the top tier even if you included Targets from Delaware county as well. And believe me, that’s high praise. My favorite thing about this Target is how they cleared out all their extra merch...it feels so light and airy in there now! All the extra space is so nice and relaxing. One employee was so helpful that when I asked where the batteries were, they pointed right at them and said, “There they are, sir!” Now that’s customer service.
