pleasure of entrusting my pet to House of Paws and I am delighted to share my positive experience.

From the moment I walked in, the staff exhibited genuine care and professionalism. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and provided a safe and stimulating environment for pets. The attention to detail in ensuring a secure and comfortable setting truly set my mind at ease.

What stood out most was the team's dedication to individualized care. They took the time to understand my pet's preference, and any special requirements. Regular updates and photos throughout the day further reassured me that my pet was in good hands.

Amazing daycare! My Frenchie goes every time we leave Dubai and they have taken extra care of her whenever she has needed it. They even took this cute Frenchie friends pic🥹 Highly recommend! 😊

Had bad experience with my little puppy 1 years anniversary of accepting bday cake from this day care , he was sick for one week , cost me fortune to recover . I have complained that to them but there is no response, only saying that they use this cake company over 5 years , my dog is Pomeranian teacup small one and wasn’t allowed to have even any cream like blue colour was used on cake , when they have offered me what ingredients I wish I said chicken and carrot . Well then ending up lots of cream cheese , cookies for a dog ( I had fully trust day care thought they know what they are doing ) Maybe for bigger dogs it doesn’t effects but day care should know for tiny puppies can’t be given this , he had stomach upset , was on IV drops , didn’t eat or drink for 2 days , I understand they wanted for him great experience and fun , but it’s ended up causing him so much stress pain. Manager called once said will call me back after weekends which never happened. Please be careful with your pet when you are giving them and control they food. Note that manager doesn’t care of your feedback, or email.

The best in town! While other groomers said my dog needed a full shave to get rid of his tangled hair, house of paws took their time to do an amazing job and gave my dog an amazing cut without shaving him fully. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and compassionate. we are certainly going to be regulars there. Our dog came back happy, fluffy and cuter than ever. Much love and respect for the amazing people running this lovely place.

My 3 year old golden doodle LOVES this place. We have left him days for boarding when traveling, taken him in for grooming and left him for day care and he absolutely loves it. I don’t know what shampoo they use but he stays smelling lovely (not like dog) for dayssss. Side note: finding its location is a bit difficult the first time but then it’s a piece of cake.
