Been coming since late 2018/2019. Always loved this park despite the distance and entry price. But there have been several occasions since 2019 where it’s not been communicated that the park is shut to private guests or parties. So you drive 45 mins to get there to be turned away. Not a one off, happened many times and I’ve been asking for years to just put a simple message up on social stories to say it’s closed to private events etc. was met with being told to reserve a booking which I’ve not been told to do since coming. Requirement of a reservation was not on their Instagram page until today AFTER I complained that none of that info is there on their social. The second time I’ve complained to the owner since last year. Really a shame as this somewhere I’ve been coming for a long time, even spending extra when we go, but the customer service has been terrible to the point where today I just asked to close the account.

Finally i found the place for my dog. My puppy is happy staying with them for few days. I am calm and at peace knowing my Gucci is happy and well taken care off. Im getting an update with them every few hours. Highly recommended. Staff are great too.
Dog house has been our go to place for our dear truffles. She loves the place, the people and especially how she has been taken care while she was boarding.
Once at the time of boarding, she fell ill, and the team took her to our doc and ensured she was taken care of while we were away. We are so thankful to Ota and his team

Sir Alfie has been going to Dog House for 3 years now and we are loving it, he loves it as well. We don't ask much for our pets, as long as they are taken care of and they are loved, we are happy fur-ents.
The updates they give and the monitoring of the well-being of our boy are amazing. We wouldn't want to try elsewhere.

We went to Dog House after our dog refused to go to the previous daycare. And what can I say: he absolutely loves it! The staff is so nice and friendly. My dog is always so excited to see them 🥰 I am glad I listened to all these excellent recommendations I got from friends! Thank you Dog House for taking such good care of my dog 🫶🏻
Great place for yours pet dogs. We have a puppy poodle and we often use their service to leave him in the day care.
They have 3 areas, including outdoor areas and they are rotating all dogs taking turns in different areas.
They generally don’t mix small and big dogs and they always have dog handlers with rhe dogs.
They also have grooming service. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and my dog Arlo is well exercised on the day he returns from the dog house.

I bought one aquarium and less the 9 days I come back home all fish died the aquarium no water, I come to the store they are talk very rude and don’t give my money back
Brilliant aquarium shop. The selection of Fish and plants are amazing. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I bought all my fishes here. Visiting the store in Mushrif mall was great experience. I was greeted by Mr. Mohammad Kamran who works there and had a great conversation explaining about variety of products they offer and also shared the knowledge about what would be the best for my aquarium. Mr.. Mohammad answered all my questions with ease as I was building my first aquarium. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad for going out of their way to help and answer questions.
I visited for getting a small fish to add to my collection as one of its has been dead. I was very happy for amazing information which will help me and gave me a lot of experience. I would to thank Mr. Mohammed Kamran who was amazing since welcoming until the end of my visit. I decided to purchase a turtle with other things and I book an appointment for my cats to have a good treatment. I really was very happy because I got this experience and again all of that because of Mr. M Kamran who i tell all my friends about this shop and this gentleman. Thanks

I recommend everyone to deal with the best sales man (Muhammad Kamaran) he is specialist/expert, he always be available for any consultation and provide advises after sales. Highly recommend PetCare as it has a sales man like him and had a good quality of fishes.
Best daycare in dubai by a long stretch, amazing customer service and staff that truly love our pets
After trying few boarding places for my anxious dog I'm extremely happy with Dog house. They were recommended by other dog parents with anxious dogs hence I decided to give them a try. Jordan has been loving his time there , we also tried the day care needless to say Jordan has gotten more confident and relaxed. Being a rescued dog he always has had his issues with new people and dogs the staff and the dog handlers are very caring and understand how to make him comfortable.
Wide place where your fur babies can run to their hearts content. As wide as it is, it is still fenced off, so your doggies are safe. CCTV cameras are also inplace to monitor how crazy your doggies will get. There is also a pool where those doggies that believe that they are doplhins, can swim. Its a long drive (50+ mins coming from Mall of Emiratea), but there is no traffic. If you want to exhaust your doggies energy, bring them here (there is also refreshments like softdrinks, bottled water, energy drinks, and brewed coffee for the owners, you have to buy it, price is reasonable)

I chose Dog House for my Pincher because it was immediately the perfect place where I could let her socialize and have fun during the hours when I work. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable and the entire staff is attentive and caring: every dog is an integral part of their big family! Joy is a very restless dog with separation anxiety, but thanks to their care and great professionalism, she has learned to enjoy the company of her furry friends at a surprisingly fast pace! I can never thank them enough! Highly recommended!
I can not recommend Zoomies more. They are amazing. Our dog had to do an extended stay waiting for his flight to join us in Australia. They have kept us alive with daily updates and photos. He was so well looked after and they were amazing at collaborating with the relocation agent supporting with vet checks and early morning flight pick ups. I’m sure Lotus will miss his friends and carers at Zoomies, but we are forever grateful for their love, support, advice and care at Zoomies throughout Lotus’ stay!
The best dog daycare and boarding in the world!! Super easy, super professional and super friendly, Zoomies make the whole experience a joy rather than a chore. Our little pup always loves his stay (to the point where I think he’s sad to come home!) and is so well looked after.

Absolutely love! An amazing team that has looked after my baby multiple times and not only done an incredible job of keeping her happy, healthy and safe but have also done a lot to help her socialize and interact better with people and other dogs. Her anxious nature has been replaced with one of excitement whenever she’s there. And the daily picture and video updates always help me feel connected while I am traveling. Highly, highly recommend.
Zoomies - Lola’s favourite place in Dubai 😅 I couldn’t ask for a better place for Lola to attend to, never an issue and the team are so accommodating. Lola stayed in Zoomies for a month during the summer as we travelled, and since then she has become a regular every week as she misses her friends.
Daily updates are a great boost when in work and also great for her temperament to get used to being around other dogs . Couldn’t recommend Sheena, Chris and all the team enough!

Amazing daycare! My Frenchie goes every time we leave Dubai and they have taken extra care of her whenever she has needed it. They even took this cute Frenchie friends pic🥹 Highly recommend! 😊
Had bad experience with my little puppy 1 years anniversary of accepting bday cake from this day care , he was sick for one week , cost me fortune to recover . I have complained that to them but there is no response, only saying that they use this cake company over 5 years , my dog is Pomeranian teacup small one and wasn’t allowed to have even any cream like blue colour was used on cake , when they have offered me what ingredients I wish I said chicken and carrot . Well then ending up lots of cream cheese , cookies for a dog ( I had fully trust day care thought they know what they are doing ) Maybe for bigger dogs it doesn’t effects but day care should know for tiny puppies can’t be given this , he had stomach upset , was on IV drops , didn’t eat or drink for 2 days , I understand they wanted for him great experience and fun , but it’s ended up causing him so much stress pain. Manager called once said will call me back after weekends which never happened. Please be careful with your pet when you are giving them and control they food. Note that manager doesn’t care of your feedback, or email.
Our dogs Beau and Belle absolutley love going to Zoomies. They are made to feel like they are part of the Zoomies family from the minute they walk through the door! Everything is run so smoothly and the daily photo updates of them both are the best. The team at Zoomies are so friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend a better daycare/ boarding facility!

Our most favorite doggy daycare of Dubai! Our Starky loves to go there as much as possible ☺️ Every time he gets in the car, he knows what time it is! Zoomies time! 🐶🥰 we love the facility itself. Always clean, good, open and honest communication. All the staff loves and knows every dog’s special needs. ❤️

The big boys have always been good and social but Luna always found it very hard to socialize and be in any kind of daycare untill Zoomies, she would be in a corner or running for the door to get away! Since she has started going to zoomies she is always so happy! We have seen a change in her attitude towards new people and other dogs!
Whenever they are there we know they are in the best hands and we receive daily updates with pictures! We can not thank the Zoomies staff enough for the care and love they give our dogs when they are in daycare for the day or on their little holidays with them!!

An amazing daycare and vacation house for our 4 legged friend! She loves it there! It’s open space, with loads of running space outside! A great pool for them to cool down! The staff is amazing!!
The best in town! While other groomers said my dog needed a full shave to get rid of his tangled hair, house of paws took their time to do an amazing job and gave my dog an amazing cut without shaving him fully. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and compassionate. we are certainly going to be regulars there. Our dog came back happy, fluffy and cuter than ever. Much love and respect for the amazing people running this lovely place.

We started using Fetch for daycare after adopting our dog, Rufus. He absolutely loves it and we are very happy with the facility and all round service. We have since used the boarding option during vacations and have no complaints. We are sent regular updates and feel very comfortable knowing that Rufus is in safe hands!
I'm happy to find a pet care shop along the area..convenient and accessible.. the staff (if not mistaken, his name is fayaz)is accommodating and informative regarding the products that are suitable for the pet you have.. they assisted me and even gave me freebies for my adult cat🐈.... highly recommended in any way from selections of pets🦜🦤🐡🐠and pets accessories... price 💰 is very reasonable for their products they offer to their customers..deserves a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Always a pleasure! We go once a month with our dog for a play date with friends. Often we are the only ones visiting, but sometimes there are other dogs as well. It’s very spacious so the dogs can also keep distance if they aren’t comfortable with each other. Very friendly and responsive Team as well and a well equipped shop at the entrance with pet supplies and treats. The way can be a bit tricky to find, and 4x4 is helpful but not required (wouldn’t go with a very low car though). Can’t recommend it enough!
Luna and I absolutely love Zoomies! It was love at first visit. Well Luna wasn’t sure it was like sending your toddler to nursery for the first time. Mom and dog were anxious. Now she can’t get out of the car fast enough. When I mention Zoomies to her you can see her whole face light up. Zoomies is a very clean, happy place, well managed by professional people who know dogs and love dogs! They have big dogs and small dogs sections which is great, they do boarding, they send updates on the fur babies and generally they are a lovely bunch of people. Oh also great value for money! We have been using fetch for sometime now and have always experienced excellent service. We boarded toby when he had had surgery and the staff cared for him so well, giving him medicine and keeping him safe. Toby is a dog that doesn't really like daycare but the staff always make him feel happy and safe. We are always comfortable leaving him in their care!
Great day care for my dog! He went from being a nervous dog to now running in no problems. The photos really make my day when I’m at work to see him playing with other dogs. The dogs are grouped by size and assessed with friendly staff on hand to keep him busy all day.
My 3 year old golden doodle LOVES this place. We have left him days for boarding when traveling, taken him in for grooming and left him for day care and he absolutely loves it. I don’t know what shampoo they use but he stays smelling lovely (not like dog) for dayssss. Side note: finding its location is a bit difficult the first time but then it’s a piece of cake.
Neatly done with a fare price... Staffs are friendly and informative. The blue devil 👿 (BETA FISH 🐠) has been with us for more than 2 years now.
It was the first experience for our dog Spade the cutest pomeranian to go for a dog summer camp and Fetch Dubau summer camp was so much fun! He will be going for couple of activities this coming week with his new doggies friends 🐾✨️🐶💙
We LOVE Fetch! It’s great to be able to leave our pup in safe hands when we’re traveling or working. Our highlight is scrolling through the daily photos to see what our baby got up to :-) staff are super friendly, professional and caring! Can’t recommend enough.

The staff at fetch are fantastic dog mad people. Our dog is quite a nervous dog and she gets so excited about going. They do events throughout the year and update their Facebook page daily with lots of photos.

Amazing place for fish keepers! They have tons of everything you would need. Tanks, accessories, live plants, crustaceans, normal and fancy fish and so on. Happened to come upon this place by chance and immediately found a filter pump I was looking for since a long time! They could be better priced but I guess it is what it is. They also have a separate section for cats, dogs, birds and what not. Definitely the place to go if your looking to buy anything related to pets.
Great place to take your dog to. Very mindful rules and friendly staff. Highlight is the little pond for dogs to enjoy some splashing in the water. Also has a little store selling dog treats. The only problem is the location - too far for us to go more than once or twice a month.
Great doggie park. My dog loves it there so much. Friday early morning seems to be their busiest time. You can usually meet 10-20 dogs in the big dog area.
