There are details showing this hall is still open however when I call there saying the hall has been converted to a senior care center.
I attended an event there last night!! Delilah’s Sweet 16! It was amazing!!! The decorum and setup was beautiful, smart, and practical! Very child friendly, safe, and staff were very welcoming and helpful to the guests!! Cleanliness was top notch, the restrooms were on point, and overall wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend!!!!!

On June 29, 2019 my fiance and I had our wedding and reception at rockaway hall at ozone park, This establishment swindle my fiance and I out of $4,483 YES!! They made us believe that we were going to receive all of the items that was on our contract package, and then on top of that, Abdul M Uddin had the nerve to call me on my cell phone the week of our wedding demanding more money after we had already signed and agreeded to the Contract.I say to you again, please heed, do not book this establishment for your events.This place is a Hoax , Abdul M Uddin & Ron Singh are Fabricators,Inconsiderate,Offensively Impolite and Con-Artist, they should be put in the Hall of SHAME. The guest entrance was Filthy, the bathrooms were unsanitary, the Lodge room that we paid for was use for storage, chairs and the Buffet tables, the furniture that was suppose to be in the Lounge was Soiled, and on top of that, Ron Singh told me that we could not use the bathroom in the Lounge ,
where the ladies and I the Bride were getting dress. Ron Singh and his Staff were walking in and out of the Lounge, the Server who ever he was.he did not have a name tag on, he was eating our food and drinking unprofessionally at the bar, did I mention we were suppose to have two servers, he told the DJ to stop playing music at 11:30 when my contact time was from 5pm_1am.The guest was leaving because the air conditioner was not working and one of the staff members had the nerve to want to charge 25 cent to use his writting pen, we were force to leave at 12pm before our contract time SHAME SHAME SHAME AGAIN DO, DO NOT BOOK FOR YOUR EVENT

My mother in law got married at this venue on June 29, 2019. If it wasn’t for the guest and the family the event would of been a disaster. We arrived early to set up and the place was dirty and you could smell urine coming from the bathrooms upon entry. My mother in law paid extra to rent a separate room to get dressed and was told that she couldn’t use the bathroom in that room. How could you rent a room, and not have access to the bathroom. Ron Singh the executive officer was the nastiest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He walked thru the middle of the ceremony, he asked the DJ to stop the music well before the time, he was in the kitchen during the serving of the food and attempted to tell us to just give our guests anything and not to serve them what they requested during the RSVP process. I could not believe the level of service he was rendering on someone’s wedding day. Do not I repeat do not rent this space for your next function. This was ridiculous. I would never in a million years expect the level of service we got especially after the initial walk thru prior to us booking the venue. The bartender and security guard were the only professional employees of that establishment on June 29, 2019. Ron Singh you should be ashamed of yourself.
Horrible place to have an event. The service was unbelievably terrible. The bathrooms were disgusting. No A/C. The room that was rented as an extra cost looked horrific. They ate food from our event when they were supposed to be serving it. I can go on and on about how bad this place is... DO NOT BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO HOST ANY EVENTS. THEY CLOSE IN OCTOBER AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT YOUR MONEY
I appreciate the owners of this place. It is spacious comfortable and a great atmosphere. The curtains on the ceiling and chandeliers made my decorations pop out beautifully.. everyone including myself loved it. Some of the people loved it so much they are planning to make there future party’s here at rockaway hall. I just hope they don’t book it when I need it again lol
