Very belated review! I meant to write this in November! I can up for the Ironman in November. My handle bars screw had rounded off. Ryan stepped in and dropped what he was doing to fix it for me! I wouldn’t have been able to race! He is a legend! I qualified for world champs and you were a part of that! I won’t forget! Amazing service

I wanted my gearing changed over on my gravel bike to make hill climbing easier. The staff are impeccably polite, friendly & knowledgeable. They did a great job on atechnical job.

I have been a customer of this store for many years and bought my first bike in 2008. I bought a new bike in 2023 and was able to have some financing flexibility which was really helpful. On top of that, the whole staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly at all times.
Special call out to Taylor, who helped me during the process and was always there to give me a lot of tips and advice. I'm super grateful and very happy with my new bike - thanks guys.

Fantastic bike shop - Ryan worked all morning to get our bike up and running prior to an event. Without him we would’ve struggled to get to the start line. Wish there were more bike shops like st kilda cycles, thanks for all of your work Ryan and co worker.

This is exactly the bike shop you want within short riding (or pushing-your-bike) distance from home. Although I'd probably cross town for this service. I went in on Sunday with a slipping seat post that's been driving me crazy, and the two mechanics there knew just what to do. They know bikes. They hooked me up with a solution on the spot, and explained a bigger fix that would last longer. I get the same service each time I go there. Friendly and down to earth, and they don't try to upsell you, which means a lot to me. They just get it done. Thanks guys.

I’ve been a customer of St Kilda Cycles for several years. The whole team provide exceptional customer service and expertise. They’ve always done a great job servicing my bike and super helpful with any on the spot emergencies or small adjustments. I recently received a new bike and had some manufacturer related teething problems which the guys solved, even when the manufacturer couldn’t. I’ve been to a few bike shops around the area over the years and St Kilda Cycles have always provided the best service. They are well priced, honest and always work with you to find the most cost effective solution and are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
