Just rented a bike from Zoomo and, guys, it was awesome! Huge thumbs up to Aru - he’s the man! Super chill and made everything easy to understand.

Aru's got this way of making you feel super welcome right from the start. He’s got jokes, great stories about the city, and he even recommended some cool routes we never would've thought of. Plus, he's super patient. He hooked us up with all the info we needed to get going and how to drop the bikes off later. No hassle, no stress. The bikes? Top-notch and fun to ride and easy to deliver with.

Definitely recommend Zoomo if you’re looking to rent a bike as a backpacker. Doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or just starting out, you’re gonna have a nice and easy time doing deliveries with these bikes.

My girlfriend rented an e-bike Zoomo zero. Usually, I am the one who go to Zoomo and face the staff as a representative for her for bike maintenance, I also want to borrow and bike around the city. I only have good experience so far in this place. The staffs are welcoming and very vocal. They know what they're doing, and they help you. They give you information that is fit to your plans. Also, I like the bicycle because it feels very durable, and to top it off, along with the plans, you can always go back to them for servicing. I had an experience which is an emergency about a bike, they had fixed it on a short notice. They are very approachable. All I can say is Zoomo is reliable.

I want to shoutout one of the staff. Hello te Ferl 😁. Attentive masyado siya and very proactive. Whenever she's around, I feel at ease. She had 4 years of experience in Zoomo, and she can guide you through the company. She's one of the good things in our experience in Zoomo since we started. In my observation, she is an asset to the company because whenever I ask information, I can feel she always answers through the company's best interest and perspective while at the same time, trying to figure out what is best for the costumer. She is a quality worker in the company, and I highly recommend her. She's one of the foundations that makes the Zoomo reliable.

They are too kind, the attention of the girl was very good, even if my English was very bad she tried to understand me and explained me very calmly about the prices and how to pay for it. I left very happy and I am very grateful to have talked to her because she helped me a lot. I don’t ask for her name and am very sorry for that but Seriously thank you very much

The worst experience with the response of the service; a few days ago I had paid for the replacement of the keys (which I lost the previous week and the bike was working perfectly) and the lock, they gave it to me as if it were perfect, with everything supposedly working (collecting me 60 dollars that I paid without problems). The next day I realised that the bicycle circuits were not working, both the lights and the speedometer were broken. At the time of sending it to check they told me that they would take a full day to fix it (about the same time) so I arrived the next day about the time and apart from the fact that they made me wait almost 2 hours they told me that they had to replace the screen at a cost of 91 dollars. I had to pay for the mistakes of their mechanics, and now that I demand an answer they do not appear anywhere, they washed their hands with me.

Came down to rent a bike. Great service from Noah - great start for a first timer. Reasonable prices. Got a flat a week down the track, fixed right up no worries. Cheers
