Dubai Hospital

Never seen this kind of hospital in the world. I got admitted then discharged after 9 hours. Within 2 hours came back for mistreatment had to pay again for the same treatment again 😪. Emergency register unprofessional 0 star. Crazy world we live in. Praise to God you are breathing freely.

For first time we visited the Emergency department/ in arrival till exit the nurse Mr Bael was amazing and his behaviour excellent .we appreciate him and the medicine team but the bill is not acceptable/ we hope manager team will decide about the cost of procedures for example blood tests/ Radiology department/ so so expensive

Staff is really so unprofessional, No one cares for patients really very bad experience especially in emergency someone crying front of us due to pain and staff was saying wait and wait.

Approval takes 2 to 3 minutes in pharmacies but they took almost 40 mins for 2 antibiotics tablets.

2 star because there is no high chair or high sofa or high seating for senior attendant or senior patient who are not using wheel chair. Seniors have arthritis and cannot sit in normal height chairs.
Plz install few high chairs in all waiting areas so partial handicap seniors or adults can sit comfortably.
The Long waiting time & consulting-time in this hospital is close to 2 hours.
Senior patients need HIGH COMFORTABLE CHAIR TO SIT AND WAIT.
Plz Design the hospitals as Senior Friendly, even though Seniors are only 1-2% population of the Dubai Expat Population.

Beautiful extension of the new hospital but staff and doctors in emergency were impatient and rude. I lost my family member due to several reasons and I went to atleast 6 people to share my experience but no one heard me or did anything to console me.

The doctors and the nursers are very good, very kind and understanding but teh cashiers and Admin staff are worst, I tried to call million times for my bill, but no one answered then when I came to the hospital, and paid the remaining balance I have they are forwarding to to different person to process it and they don't even have change for the cash and asked me to go to Gloria jeans for change, then when. I'm asking the Admin staff for the papers I need for reimbursement and the detailed bills and he is even telling me that he cannot help me and he is only cashier like I'm already in the hospital and I need he can just tell me where to go, but he rudely told me. He cannot help and he is only the cashier. This is the worst experience ever

floor 11 aldanah nursing team took really good care of me during my time in the hospital. They were very hospitable, helpful, friendly and supportive. I wanted to thank zainab for her amazing work that she does for the nursing team and the rest of the nurses as they have been a big part in my treatment 💗
