Staff not well informed on black friday specials, 3 people confirmed items would be on special, but at the till was told they weren't. Manager came to assist but just said sorry, the staff are ill informed.
Again i had hard time with staff members telling me it's 5 minutes to 5 we are about to close x2 .
Please train your staff they are not there for money or time.
Customer has to be treated in a way that he or she will come back.
I won't be shopping at the Somerset west brunch.

If I could, I’d give zero stars. They have a bunch of terrible individuals at the perfume section, who undermine people !
Bought a phone back in 2020 must say till this day the customer service was brilliant. Thanks Edgar’s Somerset mall.
Thank you so much for a lady called Lulu. She was working on the floor and ran up and down, assisting us with proper clothing exchanging sizes. I would have left if this lady ddnt gone out of her way to help us. Thank you. I will definitely be back
The best service I have received from a company in a very long time. It was very refreshing experiencing such service.
Dont be in a hurry when going to this store.cashiers always chatting to each other...prices always wrong and nobody just gives a damn.
