Food was okayish, drinks and even the beer did miss the bubbles
Nice restaurant, professional correct service,very tasy food,fair prices . Ate there 3 times during our ski holiday ,best schnitzels options . Waiters are ok, not rude just fast and correct .
The food his is not good. It tastes cheap and McDonald’s probably has better food than this. At first it doesn’t look that expensive but they force you to pay a 20% tip. Probably because they know they are not worth a tip. The people there are also not very friendly. Would not recommend anyone to go here!
We were just dining at the restaurant (did not stay in the hotel) and it was really great! the stuff is kind and helpful, and the food - well, the best schnitzl in this area! don't miss it if you're staying in Flachau
Check-in was kinda weird, had to fill in a form on our own, unclear payment regulations. A bit more assistance would be nice.

Our dining experience in this place was a catastrophe.
At first, we made a reservation for 12 people. They advised us to book for an earlier time slot because the restaurant was going to be full at prime time. So we reserved for 5:30pm.
After two days, we came on time and there were only a few guests. We were seated two tables beside each other. The waitress took the orders of the other table first. We waited for her to come, but she didn't even proceed to our table right away. She forwarded the orders of half of our group to the kitchen and went to attend to other tables. After a few minutes she finally came to us to ask for our drinks. For about 10 minutes nobody came to us to take our food orders while the other table has just had their food served. Finally another waiter came to take our orders.
After about 20 minutes my husband followed up on our food because the other half of our group had just finished eating. The waitress apologized and said she'll have a look. However, we haven't received any updates on our orders; instead, we saw her serving food to other guests who arrived later than we did. We spoke to another lady (the bigger one) to follow up and told her that we have a really hungry kid waiting for his food. She just shrugged it off and said she doesn't know what was going on since she just got there herself. Unbelievable!
At this point we were already torn between leaving or waiting a little more. More guests have finished eating and were paying and we still haven't been served. The waiters seemed to be just walking past our table. One of us asked the first waitress (the one who apologized) again how long it would still take so we could at least decide if we would leave or not. She said she couldn't tell us for sure yet, but it will come. We also asked if they could at least serve a bit of fries for the child in advance, but she said that it isn't possible. Such AWFUL customer service!!
After a long while and what seemed to be a commotion in the kitchen, the now embarrassed waitress came to tell us that they indeed have forgotten to forward our orders to the kitchen and that it is now on the works. We asked once more how long we should expect the food to be served. She said normally it takes 10 minutes. She finally served the food within 7 minutes but one order of Schnitzel was still missing. It came after another 5 minutes.
We waited for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes to be served. They didn't even offer to bring over some small snacks to appease our hunger while we wait. They showed ZERO initiative to correct their mistakes. Splitting the bill and paying with the credit card was even a challenge for them! What a pity, we wanted to end our nice vacation with a great meal but it ended as a disaster. The Schnitzel we had was generally good, however the experience was extremely disappointing that we would never come back to this place again.

We waited for the waitress for 20min. But when she came and we hesitated a bit about what side dish to order she was angry at us and leave while saying to call her when we are ready. She did that twice. So we left.
Don’t waste your time on this restaurants. There are better nearby and with much friendlier staff
