Avoid at all costs!
This was the worst experience I‘ve ever had with an airline.
10h delay without any meaningful compensation (which happens regularly according to locals due to bad management), staff ignoring me and lying to me, families with little kids having to wait 5+ hours without food or water, passengers not being informed about what’s happening, generally just inacceptable behaviour for an international airline. To top it off, ancient in-flight entertainment that did not work and unmotivated service staff that at times even was rude.

Really very Bad Service. Nobody is answering or writing any Email back . Really sad . They are still working as they are still in india .

Although we booked our flights online, the Vienna team was very helpful in making changes in the reservation (e.g. new passport number of our son, and helping my wife sit next to our daughter). Best of all, their replies came after only a few hours of our request. Thank you!
