Bad if not The worst, no buddy answering, no support, nothing at all. But no wonder if the whole regime rules a great country like Egypt without a plane, they won't be better.

Good experience with air cairo from Vienna to Hurghada. Plane was always on time, quite new planes, clean, nice staff…there is really not much leg room but other than that really better than expected.

The trip experience with EgyptAir was professional and even exceeded my expectations. Planes were reasonably new, staff professional, good food, and punctual.

The Vienna Ticketing & Reservation Supervisor Mrs. Moser was WONDERFUL ... she kindly guided us through various flight cancellations because of Covid restrictions.

As of today, I realize EgyptAir "always" flies out of Cairo and into Cairo from Vienna twice a week: Tuesdays and Saturdays. Every other connection might get shifted to one of those two dates. This appears to be because of the scarcity of travellers because of Covid restrictions.

I can highly recommend this airline; and even more so their Vienna station.

In the past I flew a few times with egyptair. The crew is almost ok, but the most of the staff at airports or sales offices are unfriendly. Last time i flew with egyptair they lost my bags. I reported this at the airport and nothing happened. I went to their counter and to the office in Vienna. I was waiting for my luggage for three months now. The phone calls in Cairo weren’t answered and egyptair needs almost a month for answering a single e-mail. Now they want to pay me about just 30% of the value of my luggage.

I really ask myself, how could egyptair become a star alliance member?

Worst airline I ever travelled with. First flight was delayed and was also not a direct flight as booked so we missed our connection flight (same airline) by 30minutes with almost two hours delay. So we waited an hour for our luggage inside!! the replacement airplane (Egypt Air of course). End of the story we had three stops instead of one and spent a whole day inside different airports.

Never again!

Most worst airline. Its employees at the ground need customer service Kurs. The planes always delaying never in time. Had a very bad experience with Egyptair. Will never travel with it again.
