Bryant Park Hotel

The rooms are neat and clean...my only complaint is that I can hear my neighbors in the hall... not while they're in their room but while people are in the hallway.
The service has been top-notch!!! Everyone I've encountered that works here has been pleasant, helpful and people-oriented.
The location is directly across from Bryant Park so it's wonderful to come out of the hotel and see the gardens and trees of Bryant Park.
It is truly the center of Midtown! Near Grand Central, near the theatre district, easy access to downtown AND the Upper West/East sides.

Just dropped into NYC for a 4 day trip. Found the Bryant Park hotel at a good rate so I thought I’d give it a try. I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt. Moving forward I will be staying here more often. The hotel staff were amazing. Literally amazing. One staff member certainly went above and beyond and set the tone …. Josephine Kinsella who from the start made me feel like I was a friend visiting NYC and she was there to show me the ropes. Everyday she knew my name, asked me what I was getting up too and always had a great tip about NYC. She made the experience even better. But I the staff at this hotel all of them were amazing.

Had a fabulous time at the Bryant Park Hotel for 5 nights. Received a lovely personal greeting from Siobhan and the team, informing us we had been upgraded. Oh what a lovely upgrade we had! Balloons, cards, notepads, chocolates, souvenirs and fizz!! The rooms were more than perfect for us! The rooms were lovely. Nice touch with Molton Brown toiletries and ear plugs.
The hotel offered bottled water, fresh iced lemon water, coffee and muffins. All greatly received.
The location is great with Bryant Park opposite. Will definitely return.

My first time here. I chose it bc it had great reviews, and having spent 40 days in an Upper East Side hospital for my son's condition last fall, I wanted something special for him. We needed a beautiful hotel with welcoming staff in a wonderful location, and Bryant Park Hotel fit the bill. Our room was very spacious and had a great view of Bryant Park. Front desk, esp. Veronica C. (who leads them as front office manager) and Shannen, were exceptionally kind and helpful. The two made my son very happy to have been a guest here. I am a very happy mom/guest and will return.

Exceptionally clean and spacious. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The views spectacular and close to everything. The park opposite is a great place to sit , meet and eat. I cannot fault this hotel at all. It’s our 5 th visit and we will be back. Siobhan (general manager) goes out if her way to make your visit wonderful.

One of my favorite hotels in New York City. Super convenient location just a bit from the hustle of Times Square. The rooms are very large, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Perhaps best think is the wonderful staff. Everyone I have met always has a smile and is super helpful.

Boutique hotel in prime NYC location. Rooms are bright and well appointed. The shared space restaurant Koi has been one of my favorites for 15 years. You can not get a better location - across the street from the NYC Library and Bryant Park complete with a vintage working merry go round and summer outdoor movies on the lawn. The hotel is also the home of small movie premieres and fashion shows and has the coolest underground bar.
