Don't be fooled by the name.. Very disrespectful people, business, group as a whole.. Don't see how they are not investigated..

A wonderful building for the elderly ,in a good apartment, spacious and comfortable, I have a relative who lives there, she really likes the quiet, calm, garden, there is a laundromat, elevators are very fast, security, everyone visits Must sign. This also applies to employees hha,

This place is a very good neighborhood.Very decent environment and nice view.Highly recommended

1.This building has terrible conditions for seniors citizens. There is always power problems, if you went for a walk, you might spend whole day in the lobby waiting for elevator, because if there is no power elevators not working, I believe that this building has to be equipped with emergency generator for these emergency situations, which happened very often .
2. Management staff is very rude, if you calling them with questions, instead of answers you get an attitude. Tenants afraid to deal with management, specially very old people.
3. Building is dirty and full of cockroaches and mice.

Security is Awful

My grandma lived here.

It's an ok place to live. However, it really isn't secure even though they provide security guards. Anyone can just walk into the building at any given time without any authorization from the tenants who are for the most part senior citizens. Security needs to be tightened.
