It's pretty disorganized, but the food and the place itself is pretty good
A local market with local food to taste. Very delicious.
Perfect location. Near amazing streets. Exchange rate is terrible in Florianopolis. Walk surrounding streets and go to the park as well!

Nice to place to walk around to shop and grab a bite to eat. Big selection of different stores to buy from, clothes, shoes, bags, etc.
It's a one-of-a-kind experience. A super-size open air mall of restaurant. All are generally high priced & you pay for the energetic atmosphere that includes LIVE music, well-positioned large TV screens for sports or concert films. High noise level & food was average quality despite above average prices. Still it's a good place for groups.
Even with the awful fish smell coming from the nearby fish mongers, this 300 years market is quite fun, you can find an amazing variety of food and snacks I highly recommend the pastel with Caldo de cana (sugar cane fresh juice) its unmissable.
