Solari

You live in this building for the phenomenal view and amenities but you stay for Ravi. The service is unmatched and he has honestly changed my time in new York. He is the most welcoming man and I really can't thank him enough.

Luxurious apt I ever lived at!! Great amenities - rooftop, pool, friendly staff, excellent maintenance. Simply put it’s all in package you would ever wish to live in a place.

Stayed at Solari for the last two years and had the most wonderful experience. The staff was helpful, the facilities were top-notch, and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed.

In particular Ravi was always available to help me with anything I needed. He made a difference in my stay and I'm beyond thankful for his support.

I highly recommend Solari to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience in New York. And a special shoutout to Ravi for his exceptional service throughout my stay :)

Have been staying here since the last two months as part of my temporary stay before moving to my own house. Beautiful apartment on the higher floor of 27th. Amazing views and amenities. The roof has some of the best views of Manhattan. Great gym and spa pool on the club floor. Very respectful concierge. The only downside is the street crowd. Very touristy and as a result, overflowing with trash and the smell of weed always hangs in the air. A couple of cabaret places makes the street seem even more dodgy. But the apartment complex itself is top notch.

Just an update that this problem still persists as of July 2023.
Ever since we moved in, we have been suffering from a strong marijuana odor wafting in through our vents almost every day. It also frequently wakes us up in the middle of the night (e.g., 3AM). Our understanding is that we are not the only ones experiencing this issue and that multiple residents across different floors have reported it as well. Despite the number of reports submitted to the management throughout the year, the problem still persists to this date, and in fact, the management doesn't even respond to our emails most of the time. We have been keeping records of how frequently this problem has affected the habitability of our unit--below are only a subset of those times.

Despite the craziness of the city, which one can expect to experience anywhere, our experience at Solari has been wonderful. Maintenance has always been helpful, and the front desk staff (Ryan/Ravi/Marvin) is very friendly and accommodating and make you feel at home, especially Ravi and Marvin who I’ve known the best for the past 2 years. The staff is what makes this place great—I highly recommend Solari.

I've been living in the Solari building for about 5 or so months now. It's been a great experience. The amenities are great, the rooftop views are spectacular and the staff are beyond helpful. Especially Ravi! Ravi is the most kind, helpful, and passionate person I have ever met. He seems to always be in a good mood (even during a pandemic), he is always chatting it up with the tenants and calling apartments when their respective packages arrive. He puts a smile on my face whenever I see him. I think he should be given more responsibility and a management role moving forward. I think the management of this building would be greatly improved with Ravi on their team. Ravi sees first hand what goes on in the building and would provide a better operational view for the management team of what goes on from a "day to day" perspective. I hope Solari management acknowledges this.
