Been living here for a year and I really like the building. It’s well managed in a way you’re comfortable. There are rules but not too strict like some of the other buildings in new york who over do it. Ryan was great and helped with my apartment when I bought it. Great experience

Management was difficult and was not understanding of people’s circumstances, particularly given Covid. Great doormen and facilities, but would not recommend without serious change.

After living in New York for 4 years, I didn’t think I would ever find an apartment and apartment building as beautiful as 21 Chelsea. I love the way the 21 Chelsea operates from the doorman, leading agents, gym, upkeep of modern apartments, super, rooftop (with enhanced WiFi), etc. From the moment I walked into the building to look at apartments I knew it was different. I was greeted by Ryan one of the bubbly and kind leasing agents. Important clarification that 21 Chelsea is NOT run by NY brokers - meaning the leasing agents only vested interested is finding the best apartment available for you- and I sure did! Ryan has also been super helpful and quick to respond throughout the move-in process and with ongoing questions and concerns as you adjust to the new spot. I’ve already had one other friend move into the building because of the great apartments and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Love this building! So conveniently located and GREAT amenities. Concierge team is very friendly and helpful and the leasing/management team was so pleasant to work with. Ryan and Lisa were very helpful during my decision and move in process. Would highly recommend this building!

Very nice building in an excellent location! Seaneeba who showed us a couple of apartment was friendly, courteous and professional. She is knowledgeable about the building and neighbourhood. Very nice building staff and amenities, a rooftop with view of Empire State Building. Maint. staff is quick in response of service needs. You get email alert for package delivery.

Moved in a month ago, really enjoying the building so far. Team at the management office is excellent, and the maintenance and security staff is excellent as well.
