The food is delicious, the rice is very good. The condiment is very tasty and free flow 👍. The price is also reasonable

It's been 2 years since my last visit here and everything changed a lot. but sadly it worse☹️
during my dinner, the restaurant wasn't that full but the staffs only focused with 1 table guess what that table is booked by celebrity 🤣

we just keep looking at those busy staffs gave everything to that celebrity table, staff didn't pay attention to our table for 20 minutes 🤦‍♀️ and then when we finished ordered the side dish appeared but not completed we need to asked for it 😭 back at that time the service wasn't like this.

I'll comeback again when I become celebrity 👍

I think their quality of meat is not as good as other branches

Gimbab and toppoki are delicious. But not for the shrimp ramen.

This is my first time come after they renovated the place. I think they change their quality of the fresh foods. The beef and the pork are downgrading. Price are higher now. Even you have to pay for garlic when before was free. Bimbimbab tasteless. Drinks just cold no feel of corn tea like before(still free). Coffee is more watery now 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ you charge for service charge but we need to queue at the cashier to pay. We asked twice to cook the pork first then beef but still your ignorant waiter cook whatever they pleases. Please bring back the quality since you already increase the price. For us price not matter as long as you keep the good quality!! We will comeback when you change the quality and service.

All my food came BUT not my BBQ Grille. After nearly 30mins when we have finished most of our soup, noodles, pajeon, etc and filled our stomachs…the grille is still not ready.
UNBELIEVABLE. Just bcoz we want to cook at our table by our own, the whole frikkin restaurant staffs totally lost its way didnt know what to do. While we see most tables do not cook themselves and let the staff do it at a table faraway, what’s the point of coming to a Korean BBQ that has all the stove/exhaust set up but cannot be use?

Worst chung gi wa dine in experience ever.

The staff are like chicken without their heads. Cannot focus and always miss the order.

The ssam veggies are dirty.

They should have known their standard better.

Never to return.
