Beautiful tidy peaceful airport with good officials

Just get to known that I have to reserve the bus place. Bus 700 was 7 minutes late and bus driver says he's full. Wait another hour to maybe not get a place either. My return ticket is now worthless and I won't get my money back, how anyway! Bad service about not telling anything how to act. Now paying a taxi. 2 others are with me, others will have the same experience.
