Great apartments and amenities. The office staff is very welcoming and helpful. The maintenance staff is great. They are very quick to address and fix any issues. Everyone is so friendly and I cannot stress how nice the common/shared areas are. All around great apartment complex. Very glad to have chosen this place! 🙌

Move in was seamless, everyone is friendly and helpful and Lilo the maintenance guy is great! My only complaint was not having a key fob to use the gym, or unlock my door. They put a deadbolt on my door for now until the IT dept. resolves the issue.

I enjoy it here! The neighbors are really nice and the buildings are soundproof. People in the office are really kind and always ready to help!

Everything will always be your fault here. You as the resident will always be belittled like a child. Everywhere you go will be dirty or miskept. You’re not valued and you can forget calling the emergency number for anything. If they do arrive you will be belittled.

There is no parking available so we have to try and park next to the curb. My car was hot and managment was basically like oh well. For as much as they charge parking should be better

Management is awful. Will never recommend Lincoln Property. If you decide to stay here you have many risks. Let's start with the first one. Management is just incompetent, they know nothing and will disrespect you constantly. The amenities that are supposed to be available 24 hours are closed without any notice. The gate is always open, and broken, which apart from making the environment ugly, also causes a lot of non-community people to come in and park here. The marihuana smell is everywhere. Unfortunately when you go and complain to the office they say there is nothing they can do about it. You will find cigarettes, and all kinds of garbage everywhere. Insects, specifically millipedes, will constantly enter your apartment, and when you ask them to fumigate since you pay for pest control, they will come when they please and the poison they supposedly spray does nothing at all. Power outlets are like stickers on the walls as many don't work. There is dog poop everywhere, mainly in dog parks for the canine to practice his sense of smell I guess. The children's park is dominated by frogs as it is constantly flooded. They will enter the apartment while you sleep, or bathe and when you call to claim they will tell you that they knocked on the door but no one answered. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Lilo, one of the management guys was the only competent person working there, he is great. RUN from this place!!!!

Live somewhere else. It is my understanding it used to be great until new management stepped in. They called me a day before we were supposed to move in telling me I had to wait 2 weeks because the previous tenants had not moved out yet. They gave us no alternatives or offer to cover moving costs we had already paid for and arranged. Our rent was different every month and when we would call they wouldn’t give us a straight answer. We paid for the valet trash and it would sit outside for days. If something broke it would take a few days to get fixed. The apartments are nice but you’re better off living somewhere else
