After 11 years in NYC, this was by far the best realty experience I've had. Rick and Mike were responsive and incredibly helpful in all facets of the process. If you're looking for anything in Carroll Gardens or Cobble Hill, do not hesitate to make this your first and last stop!

I’ve been a tenant for 16 months and have only positive things to say about my experience. Very communicative and responsive landlords and the supers are great. Any time we’ve had an issue with the apartment they send someone the same day to fix it.
Had a very good experience. The easiest broker/lease process I've encountered. Highly recommended.
