One of the horrible places in the world Don't lose your luggage or your carry-on because they will steal it they are extremely nasty especially to women and people of color

I found the luggage service by chance while looking for the self-service storage lockers and was extremely pleased to get support from real people instead. As recommended by the service staff I called the luggage service 30 minutes before returning to the airport and exactly at the agreed time my suitcase was delivered to me waiting where I had dropped it off. Staff is super friendly and while the service is not actually cheap it is really good value for money to know your luggage is safe and handled with care. Would use it again any time!

I thought this was a great service - it was convenient and a helpful place to leave our hand luggage and bike box on the last day of our holiday . However , I would strongly advise customers to take photos of their cases when dropping them off to have proof of their condition ( maybe the company should do this as well ) . My hand luggage suitcase was damaged when returned ( stand broken off) . I contacted them straight away while still at the airport and they came back and had a look. The company are now just saying that it must have already been damaged when I left it but I have no proof to show them .

Great experience with Copenhagen Luggage Service! We were docking in Copenhagen and only able to visit for a short time before our flight. CLS picked up our luggage from the ship and delivered it successfully to the airport where the bags were waiting for us. Exactly as planned. CLS provided clear information and communicated with us throughout the process. An extremely smooth experience and great value! We would not have been able to visit the city otherwise! Thank you CLS! Best purchase ever! Took a 10-night cruise that ended in Copenhagen. We only had 1 day to spend exploring before spending the night at an airport hotel and leaving super early in the morning. I arranged their service the day before the cruise. Directions were super easy to follow and web app very easy to use. Arrived at my hotel around 5pm of cruise disembarkation after spending the day in the city. My luggage was waiting at the hotel reception desk for me. Would definitely use this service again!
