Grauenhaft, unübersichtlich, total verbaut

Very disappointing airport. Very hard to find your way here. Waiting times at luggage counters are tediously long. You need to take escalator after escalator to reach any level of this airport. The monorail doesn't work this summer. The replacement shuttle bus doesn't run often enough so there are too many people waiting. Also the distances you need to walk to reach the train station or the gates are immense. German staff are unfriendly.

One of the best. The views are absolutely beautiful.

Don't even try the vending machine at the train station. Not once, took money but never brought out the order.

It asked me to contact administration but they know d*mn well how they keep a dysfunctional system to cheat innocent tourists.

They could have put a sign saying the machine is dysfunctional.

Buy your snacks anywhere at the airport but at the train station! Such a cheat! Before contacting them your train might have left already.

Der Bahnhof ist eigentlich in Ordnung. Bei der Bahn muss man immer auf Überraschungen eingestellt sein.

Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Bereiche sind gut ausgeschrieben. Falls doch nicht, bekommt man Hilfe. Einzig der Transfer mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof zum Terminal 2 ist etwas umständlich.
Erst einmal hoch vom Bahnhof, dann raus zum Bus, der völlig überfüllt war, aber alle haben Rücksicht genommen.
Check in unproblematisch mit Oman Air und auch der Weg zum Gate ist einfach beschrieben.

Traveled into terminal one and out of terminal two. The SkyTrain was a smooth and fast . I didn't get to look around terminal 1. But had a long layover in terminal 2. Apart from a duty free shop there is not alot in terminal 2, well at least that was open when I was there . Only a restaurant called MoschMosch was open .Once through the next section and security check there is only another duty free and a small shop . For a main hub airport I expected more .
