Everything went smooth. The doctors, residents and the staff are highly skilled and highly professional. Good part, they have emergency walk in for the dentistry problems, rather than suffering with pain and not getting an appointment anywhere else, they took me in. If u dont have dental insurance, they charge $116.00 which was very reasonable. Must recommend for all your dental needs

All in all very good. My son had his orthodontics done here. We were able to workout a payment plan. One thing that bugs me emmensly. The way they take my blood pressure. I have been schooled as a medical assistant years ago. I know how to take vitals. This said, most of the time my BP is rarely taken correctly and results in a false high reading. The last time was due to the cuff not being on correctly. It was too loose and over a sweater. I have never been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I went home and took my own BP and it was 120/78. Which is fine . Other than that my experience has been just fine.

As of October 2023, per reception at the emergency walk-in clinic, they only treat injuries that are swollen, painful, or bleeding. Despite the school website listing broken teeth as an emergency service, if it's not accompanied by the above symptoms, it is not treated as an emergency and an appointment is required.

Although all staff were polite, it became apparent that the call center is not on the same page as the clinic's reception. Not sure if this is a policy awareness or communication issue, but it resulted in additional stress and wasted time and gas.

Very good experience. I had the best staff taking care of me Alex and Kevin. They were super nice, professional and really supportive. They were explaining every step with details. Alex was checking on me even after the services. They really deserve 10/10.

I have had two teeth broken due to the negligence of students. They constantly change the treatment plans and pricing and never seem to actually get to any of the work. They want to schedule a million appointments and it’s such a waste of time. If you want quality work pay the higher prices of a real dentist! The graduate department admin is rude and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. Even had to get a patient advocate involved! I’d give zero stars if I could!

Just got a root canal done by Dr. Whitfield (sp?). Karen was the hygienist. Both of them were so gentle, kind, and professional. It took about 90 minutes once they got started but besides the natural discomfort from having my jaw open that long, the procedure was entirely painless and I felt very comfortable. They split the procedure into two appointments so I will have to go back to get the crown. The procedure was explained well and I didn’t feel worried at all. They even played music from a band I like to help me feel more relaxed! Best experience I’ve had with a dentist in a long time.

I love the affordable options they offer but it’s impossible to get assistance while being a patient for almost 2 years. Im still
waiting for my student to call me and schedule a date to get assistance with my extractions.
