The taxi service and driver were very efficient, kept good contact and gave seamless service for both inward and outbound trips, couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommend.

Not used M/c Airport Taxis before but will certainly use them again. Booking was easy, got a message the day before with the driver name, number and car reg - very reassuring. Mohammed arrived 15 mins early and was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

We booked a taxi to and from Manchester Airport for our annual holiday. Started off well. Taxi picked us up from home promptly, the taxi was clean and the driver professional. One of the instructions for returning was to let the driver know of any delay. Our plane was delayed at Corfu airport for an hour. I texted the driver several times to let him know. He answered immediately and asked if we could let him know take off time and when we had collected our baggage at Manchester. So far so good. Unfortunately, our plane eventually landed at T2 when it should have been T1 so we had to get on a bus which took us to T1. Our luggage also had to be transported to T1 which took time. Throughout all this I let the driver know at each stage what was happening. He was fine and told us not to worry. We are an elderly couple and by this time we were hot & tired and just wanted to get home. However, just as we had collected our baggage my phone rang. It was a woman from Manchester airport taxis telling me in no uncertain terms that we had overrun our complimentary one hour and that we would be charged extra. I told her, as had been instructed, that I had kept the driver informed at each stage but she just shouted over me, not letting me get a word in edgeways. I ended the call. I was quite upset when we eventually met the driver who was absolutely lovely and assured us we would not have to pay extra. Because of time differences and giving ourselves plenty of time to collect our baggage, I had ordered the taxi for 4.30 and the woman rang me at 5.19 so I don't understand why she was saying we were over the complimentary hour. She was unprofessional and rude and we will never use them again. Shame as both drivers were great.
